So it's not really about the symbol looking like ein Hakenkreuz, isn't it? It's about your stupid perception that the health care bill is 'destructive' and therefore anything related to it - including the logo - somehow must be Nazi-like?

Here's the 'logic': health care reform = bad. Nazis = bad. Nazi symbol = Nazis = bad. Health care reform = Nazi symbol = bad.

The Anti-Defamation League is demanding that Rush cease and desist and that his rhetoric be condemned by the Republican Party. Eric Cantor is being called upon the condemn Rush also by other Jews.

I'm hoping that these loudmouth hatemongers finally get their comeuppance, but I'm afraid that if they do, they will then become martyrs for their bizarrely loyal and blind followers.

You talk about how the Obamacare logo looks like a Swastika...not a comment based in reality, in fact the only thing they have in common is that they are both round, so I guess all round things look like swastikas

How is it that he sees the Nazi logo is the Health Care symbol and yet he can't see the swastikas the howlers are holding up?

It'll be interesting to see how Rush responds to the ADL and Weisenthal Center's condemnation of his idiotic remarks. They were at the forefront in criticizing the anti-Semitism in Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ. Limbaugh never mentioned ADL by name nor what they objected to; he only derided "liberals" who spoke out against the film as people who were bigoted towards Christians. I love when he claims to defend Jews; the guy exhibits all elements of a classic "love 'em as long as they don't get out of line" Jew hater.

as a historian, for me it is bad enough that the Nazi party co-opted the Roman Legionary Eagle to associate their party with, it was even worse that the Nazi salute was corrupted into something evil as well.

but to try and attach president obama to this just makes it seem to me that rush is denigrating all that we fought against in world war II.
