Responding to Limbaugh, Shuster compares Obama health care logo to Marine Corps logo, caduceus

        exactly what i was thinking. should go perfectly with his "phony soldiers" comment from a couple years ago. i guess rushbo likes to disrespect the troops every once in a while just to keep his listeners on their feet.

      Um, not to belabor the point, but MSNBC seems to have missed the point. Yes, the logo is similar to many logos, American and Nazi alike. But can anyone decipher Limbaugh's original claim? Was Limbaugh claiming that this similarity of logos suggests that Obama is a black Nazi?

      Limbaugh's comparison of the logos wasn't a claim of anything. It was an excuse to put the words "Obama" and "Nazi" next to one another. Kind of like, oh, I don't know, placing the words "Iraq" and "9/11" in proximity for political gain.

        OK, but couple that with Rush's paranoid claims of Obama's "brown shirts" coming to get you, AND Obama's leadership style being just like of that of Hitler, AND the "similarities" of Democratic Party leaders to the Nazi Party, AND that Obama believed that eight years ago the American court system was "Nazi-like".

        Does Rush's claim get any clearer now?

      Smart move NOT to compare the Marine Corps logo with the Nazi one! We all know how that would have been taken out of context and Shuster would have been mud.

      Limbaugh's trying hard to earn his new contract ( wish I had one like it). He's being as outrageous and misinforming as ever. His employer wants it that way.
