What the heck does government make better? I love how conservatives scream to the high heavens that government doesn't work and they go prove it when they get in office. I love ReTHUGicans claims that we need smaller government. My answer to them is quit then.

As has always been the case under the plans being considered, this guy will be allowed to continue paying for his over-priced, under-covered, for-profit insurance plan.

LOL Republicans are crazy- they are using the 1970s film "Logan's Run" plotline as a talking point:

In the year 2274...the survivors of war, overpopulation and pollution are living in a great domed city, sealed away from the forgotten world outside. Here, in an ecologically balanced world, mankind lives only for pleasure, freed by the servo-mechanisms which provide everything. There's just one catch: Life must end at thirty unless reborn in the fiery ritual of Carrousel.

As long as I got to spend my time with Jessica 6, I'm good with that.

The book(s) had a larger area than the movie, but apparently the Neocons can't read. (Carousel was at 21. also)
More on Tim Phillips: He blatantly asked for more corporate backing while appearing on Rachel Maddow on Aug 6. Here's the link to the online story,
"Just your average health care opponent" The shilling for more corporate funding is just before the end.

People like their health care until they really need it. When they get rescinded by the insurance company or when the insurance company refused to pay the medical bills...

75% of the people filing bankruptcy due to medical bills had Health Insurance... I guarantee you that they liked their insurance before they got sick

You know he is like all other people in this country who are blind and think that the health care system is some what decent. Okay when you get denied coverage or if you lose your job then your insurance tells you bye bye. People need to wake up and understand that when things are presented and they look good for all people then back it up. This president is trying to reform problems that happened way before he got in office. When you have smaller government people get greedy and ignorant. Examples:
      - Early 1900's - 1920's: banks and business CEO's running amock and not caring for fellow workers and people who helped build the companies.
      - 1980's - 2008 (except the early 1990's) - Business again and banks running amock and destroying the people's and workers of the companies financial statuses.

We need some goverment control, not all, but some and the health care industry is one!
