            I served 20 years in the military as a military police. I maded a triffic stop for a broken tail light. Driver lic, ID collected and name check was conducted to see if this individual have warrants. He did, same was wanted for AWOL twenty three years ago. His crime was 23 years old. yes he went to jail. So if you illegally come into the USA you are a criminal and should be charged. A crime is a crime.

        Sorry, harley -- it ain't enough to simply spew out nonsensical BS on the airwaves {though that is a large part of it.}

        There's a few other requirements:

        - must be 100+ lbs. overweight
        - must be married -- and divorced -- three times
        - must enjoy frequent "hobbyist trips" to the DR
        - must get busted for doctor-shopping
