Mathews did a good job standing up for Hillary.

Hey, media matters, how about adding a category of those who defend the truth as well as those who abuse it?

Wasn't it Matthews who said a couple of years back that the only reason Hillary was elected Senator was that her husband cheated on her?

I think MMFA does a great job in attaboy-ing the defenders, even citing Billo when he had a modicum of sense.

I can't fault Hillary for that. Her identity is not based on the fact that she is Bill Clinton's wife, it is based on the fact that she is the Secretary of State. She is not beholden to Bill's opinion on anything, and it's not relevant in the least.

It has nothing to do with being "threatened", it's just plain offensive. She may have been harsh in her tone, but the nature of the response is quite understandable.
