The 2000 election came down to one state where, yes, the brother of the candidate with fewer votes was governor was the deciding factor. The counting and the recounting were contested and finally, the Supreme Court, packed by two Republican Presidents, used shaky legal reasoning to step in and stop the recount, thereby allowing a state official, with close party ties to the candidate with fewer votes to be be declared winner, thereby winning the national election on electoral votes only, something that had only happened twice before in our nation's history. And this is on top of credible claims of voter disenfranchisement in several states. So, no our elections are not the least bit problematic.

Please don't use common sense. Republicans might explode ito a ball of flames. Everyone knows the Bush family would never be party to any fraud in order to stregthen their power. That is just for the Clintons. And of course the Obamas.

Marist released a poll that 52% of Americans feel the country is on the right track.

I wonder if Fox will report that today?

The new administration is not afraid to apologize to other nations for the cowboy diplomacy of the last eight years.

The only thing Americans gained from that attitude of Bush toward our allies the last eight years was a 3 Trillion Dollar bill for war that did not have to be waged.

      Obama was against it.

And I'd bet that all of these people shouting down others at town hall meetings, complaining about the cost of the heath care initiative, supported that folly, which in the long run, will cost much more than providing affordable health care to every American.
