What's the over-under on how long he keeps his job, the way he's hemmorhaging advertisers?

This will be interesting to watch. He obviously has great value to the Troglodyte propaganda effort. Will they continue to prop him up, even if he is no longer profitable? I think they will, but I could be wrong.

Ah, the ultimate Conservative Social Darwinist dilemma... Ideology vs. Profit.

His ratings already are high and continue to increase, week by week. That's what matters, regardless of whether it's fox, emessnbc, or cnn. The few advertisers that dump him will easily be replaced. It's about $, not propaganda. He's plenty marketable.

Immediately following the election, liberals uttered the same nonsense about Fox news in general. . . . 'what will happen to Fox now that republicans are losing support and conservatism is shrinking?" But Fox prevailed, and now outrates its competitors by increasingly larger margins.

People like opposing views. Insofar as the rest of the media are sycophants to the president, sane people view these outlets with skepticism. So long as every other media outlet pays homage to the chief with humble obedience, people will look to alternative media who are more recalcitrant. And fox seems to be one of the few in that regard

The total listener market available to Beck hasn't changed in months. It's actually decreasing. Perhaps his audience numbers are up because his craziness is grabbing a higher percentage of the right-wing looney wingbat listeners from the other angry talkers (like Dobbs who is dropping like crazy).

Beck easily out-crazies Dobbs. Nobody yet can beat Glenn Beck in that market. Savage could do it but beck is prettier.

            Ratings? Numbers?
It's cable, pongo. It's freakin' cable.
            Geesh.

If Becky wants truly high cable ratings he's have to be a wrestler or Jon Stewart.

Well, if the only commercials that are allowed to run under Glenn Beck's time are commercials for other Fox News shows, that's just more time for Beck to call the President a racist.

Glen Beck actually tells the truth.A tea party doesn't have to be very big to be record breaking.What,10 to 20 people should break a few records. And if you count the people at what ever event this is scheduled right in the middle of,this could be an earth shattering demand for change;the channel

        This time, it's different.

They've made an interesting choice of symbolism in the marketing campaign:

That's right, the raised red fist, repeatedly used by groups that represent everything Becky pretends to be against.

The teabagger movement is a joke that continues to write itself.

You may be an alcoholic, but any REAL alky knows you are never 'recovering', you're simply getting through day by day.

Besides, your obvious problem is Bipolar Affect Disorder, as you slip from your 'leave Britney alone' style whining to 'get off my phone' mania.

I have to discuss this with my family. Even if I didn't have a sign, I could see for myself what is happening. Cameras tend to distort things just by being there, even when they are not trying to deceive. I will make the ultimate decision after the town hall on the 26th.

Remember Glenn you are responsible for the action of the idiots who support your alcholic and cazy rhetoric. A word of advice people in Washington support their commander and chief.

Many Americans are fed up with you and your lost souls.

Obama has tried to be patient with your group but a man can only take so much.

This is the best thing that has ever happened for the Democrats. It's as simple as pushing a whole lot of left talking points just before. This will in turn bring out the worst of the TeaBag crowd and the news will be about how ugly the protest were and how the Regressive Party is doing really bad on issues of race.

I really like that. Thanks. I don't normally believe or approve of any name-calling. It cheapens your argument, but in this case it's very accurate.

Beck, limpo, orielly, and the rest of these lying pieces of crap are still fuming over the fact that Obama won the election.
They are on a mission to discredit Our president on everything he does. They lie and make sht up. Thats all they have.
They cant use facts because facts will always prove beck and the other talking heads wrong. The scary thing is that there are some Americans that actually believe their bullsht.
They get the diehard wingnuts worked up to the point where they disrupt townhall meetings. They also incite violence and that is a fact. Tiller, the nut in pittsburgh just to name a couple.
beck, orielly, limpo, hannity, they claim to love their country but they are doing more damage then they are doing good.

There's a link on FixedNation to a video of one of these town hall bone-heads shouting "Thank God for Hannity and O'Reilly and Beck and...Fox News." Reading through the comments attached to this link is both scary and sad.

But...at least we have companies like Geico and Sargento and Lawyers.com and Men's Warehouse who have taken a first step. They're off Beck...now let's get them off the network.
