Yeah, I say slap these Troglodytes with a good cold dose of Capitalism. That will get their attention, unless, as I suspect, they are actually subsidized by Conservative sugardaddies.

Speaking of Beck, Jon Stewart nailed him last night. He showed a clip of him back in 2008 whining and moaning about what a horrible HealthCare system we have in this country. Then he played a recent clip of him warning that we are about to lose the best Healthcare System in the world.

      It was classic.

        From TP:

"About a dozen companies have withdrawn their commercials" from Glenn Beck's Fox News show, following Beck's claim late last month that President Obama has a "deep-seated hatred for white people or the white culture." In recent days, ConAgra, Geico, Procter & Gamble and the insurance company Progressive have all moved their ads to other programs.

I too saw those clips last night on The Daily Show, that was pretty great right there. It was only 16-18 months ago, and on HLN, that Beck was crying (literally) about the state of health care in this country, and how BAD it was, and then he went on to do some shows about how had it really was, and lo and behold. After being hired by Fox, and becoming crazier than your Uncle Charlie, he's now convinced, we have THE BEST health care in the WORLD!

I watched that too, I was rolling on the floor laughing! Man, it couldn't have been more perfect if it was planned a year in advance!

Mika really should know more about what she is speaking on and "STOP" with trying to excuse what Beck, FoxNews Channel, and Republicans have been doing in "smearing" President Obama, an American President and the Democrats. Beck did his little to-do-ha-ha about poisoning Speaker Pelosi, and Mika thought that was just shameless what from this guy? Beck, FoxNews Channel, and Republicans have ALL "crossed" the line - period.

Btw, Mika, Joe and Willie should watch their other Co-Hosts Shows on MSNBC i.e. Ed, Rachel and Keith so they have both (Republican and Democrat) sides of American Politics to discuss before commenting on Morning Joe. Just a thought, LOL. Hmmm.

Nope, they will continue to resent having a black man in the White House as long as the Ailes of this nation pump $$$$$$ into that economy.

That's going to be the interesting development; when Beck loses all or nearly all his sponsorship base, will Fox keep airing the show? If they do, it'll stand to reason that some sugar daddy somewhere is bankrolling the show, which will leave Rachel to find out who it is...

Murdoch has been losing money on many of his NewsCorp entities . . . he will not put up with this. Murdoch is all about money. If the progressive side of the aisle grows a pair and stands up to the phony conservative side, Murdoch will change the format altogether. He's stated that publicly.

You're assuming, of course, that the Right favors an actual free market. What they actually favor is laissez-faire, in which the suply side can do anything it wants, including restrict trade, establish monopolies, crush organization of labor and consumers, and generally fix the system to comport with their goals...

YOU Sir, have an EXCELLENT understanding of politics and economics! Bravo!

But while you're 100% right about the Right, but you may be assuming to much about what I'm assuming. ;)

That's what I was thinking. It shouldn't be too long before he's complaining about his this is impinging on his freedom of speech, or some other such nonsense, and of course, it's just us bad old liberals out to get him (which is sort of true).

I think this is more about a frightening hypocrisy.
If any one on the "left" was saying the sorts of things that Beck does they would be in jail. Or at the very least their offices would have been stormed and ransacked. Same for limbaugh.
These guys do not merely express opinions. They call for extremist action.

I don't know about jail but they would likely be fired. Look at what happened to Dan Rather. Or Phil Donohue. Or Aaron Brown.

Yo, I think we are missing the real truth on this Beck thing, that reflects on life in America. Two years ago Beck was a ratings nobody, a schlub, even O'Reilly accepted him tongue in cheek. BUT now that his ratings have skyrocketed, his pay increased and he has better insurance coverage he can speak the truth, see the system does work! LOL
