Fox News has viewers - go figure. But then again, the eastern, Ivy League, educated "elite", liberals would consider those "viewers" as mis-informed, un-educated, and misanthropic.

        God save the Queen.

I have to give Chris Wallace credit; he found a new method of yellow journalism. Anyone can take a quote out of context but Chris takes it one-step further. This has to be the first time someone actually took a word out of context. Bravo to Chris to hitting on a new low on integrity.

People please this picking on FOX News needs to stop. Stop asking them to do the impossible. Seriously asking them to actually report facts and not doctor things to fit they want to say is immoral. You wouldnt ask a dog to stop sniffing other dog's @$$'s because its the dog's nature, it doesnt know any better. The same is true for FOX they dont know any better, it's their nature to warp and pervert facts and statements to suit their purposes. FOX wants to act like nature intended it too and you people try to insist they act like a news station, they cant do it and your crule for demanding it.

STOP PICKING ON THE LOWER FORMS OF LIFE, THEY WILL NEVER BE LIKE YOU WANT THEY DONT KNOW HOW!

My dog kept running in circles chasing his tail, so I shot off one of his front legs. Now tripod has a reason for running in circles, he can't help it now because of the tilt to the right I gave him.

It is almost impossible to keep track of the lies she tells and the number of times she changes her story.

Apples and oranges. You seriously are trying to equate the ill informed people who turn out to disrupt and shut down discussion at town halls to peace demonstrators?

She said on January 17, 2006: "So I thank all of you who have spoken out for your courage, your point of view. All of it. Your advocacy is very American and very important."

The media suppressed coverage of the peace movement, by the way.

Well, truth be told, I'm of the opinion that Chris Wallace is just a glorified blogger and that FNC's Special Report has no more credibility than your average blog, but sheesh, you could have found a more polite way to say that, couldn't you?

And Glenn Beck has called Chris Wallace a communist many, many times.

Here are some of the recent full complete stunning quotes about Wallace on both his radio and TV shows:

      "...communist..." - Glenn Beck 08/14/09

      and

      "...communist..." - Glenn Beck 08/13/09

      and

      "...communist..." - Glenn Beck 08/12/09

      It's appalling.

Chris Wallace also "edited" President Obama's comments to make it appear that Pres. Obama had stated things the way FoxNews Channel and Republicans had stated all along. Chris "proudly" stated that FoxNews Channel would take on Pres. Obama as the Cable Network who reports 'mis-information' about Pres. Obama since Pres. Obama keep calling them out. Then Chris "smerks" as an 'editied clip' of Pres. Obama making statements are shown in a negative way.

Chris Wallace, FoxNews Channel, and Republicans should be "ashame" of themselves with how they are 'smearing' an American President "so proudly" as America watchs on 24/7. Just shameful, shameful, shameful.

Yes the same Fox News that so rigorously defended George Bush from all the non patriotic antiwar criticism.TheFox that said you don't criticize the POTUS during war times!!!!The same Fox that never criticized Bush's spending for 2 wars while cutting taxes 1.5 Trillion dollars and spending 600 billion for increase medicare presciptions(after lying that it would cost 400 Billion)knowing that none of it( Wars or MediCare) was being paid for..Georgie could no wrong..Barack can do no Right...that's fair and Balanced..
Chris Wallace's Dad(a real journalist) should take himto the woodshed!!!
I wonder what Dan Rather thinks when he see's all the lies put out as news after being fired for a document reproduction that was factually accurate ..or at least never refuted on facts....just authenticity questioned..never proven to be bogus!!!

Please find an instance of MMFA asserting an entire position via a one word. Just one instance of an article that has one lone word standing on a page. Hint: there are no such animals in this jungle. Time and time again, MMFA provides MINUTES of transcripts, not single words. Full context, be it good, bad or neutral.

FL, Intentional blindness can be cured, y'know. With a large dose of intellectual honesty.

Speaking of intellectual honesty, can you find an example of Fox using one word only to describe a position. IN this very clip there was more than one word presented, in addition to commentary . That has been consistent with Fox's reports. MMFA are the culprits who froze the graphic, not Fox. They also presented Pelosi's prior comments to show her hypocrisy. And my comments aslo referred to "cropping quotes" , although, MMFA is also guilty of cropping context also. Boy libs sure do not like their own tactics used against them.

Perhaps you should visit your optometrist. Nope, they do not handle your kind of blindness.

First of all, I commend you for your skills at avoiding the question. You dance divinely.

Second of all, my particular beef is the fact that Fox didn't need to use a graphic for the "un-American" quote. They should have just used the second quote to put their point across. It looks sloppy on Fox's behalf and treats their technology as if they were single-worded quotes for the next summer movie blockbuster.

            "Thrilling!" - Roger Ebert

            "Amazing!" - E! Online

            "Un-American!" - Nancy Pelosi

So now you want to dictate how they cover their stories. But your beef is beefless, they used both. Funny how you libs will bend your principles to fit the situation. When I have pointed out that MMFA covers the trivial aspects of a conversation and ignores the main point, I am told that I cannot determine what MMFA covers. Now you are arguing that Fox should abide by your standards.

And I didn't avoid anything, I pointed out that your entire argument was bogus.

This isn't a quote, it's a WORD from a quote. A quote is an actual thought represented in subject-verb-predicate form. Mining one word from a quote is worse than dishonest, it's downright criminal.

        Well...yes and no.
A quote from someone can include a descriptive word for any one subject or topic. It can also include a lengthy diatribe about a subject or topic.

But there is no excuse for Chris Wallace. He deliberately distorted the Speaker Pelosi's quote and he will have to pay for his sins against journalism someday.

You're asking the Fox Comedy Channel to stop cropping quotes?

Please -- how many times have we heard them repeat Michelle Obama's "proud" quote, without repeating the entire quote?
