And these right-wing ideological thugs wonder why those of us on the left and middle look upon these ass-clowns with such disdain...

That they hate democracy and this country is obvious

For those of you drive by thumbs down children, if you feel impelled to give me a thumbs down, that's fine...

Could you at least post an explanation as to your reason why? And then defend your position... or would I be asking to much?

      BINGO!

Chuck Todd let it slip that only about 20% of the town hall meetings descend into shouting matches. Who'da thunk it, given the disproportionate attention the drooling Troglotytes are getting from the Press?

Broadcasters will always go with a 15 second clip of an idiot screaming his brains out over a still-life video that probably represents the majority of townhalls.

CNN was covering a townhall shortly after Arlen Spector's scripted disaster. The anchors seemed so disappointed that there was no shouting during the 30 seconds or so of the live feed. They then switched away and said "we'll come back to this if anything happens".

Kind of funny too how FoxNews Channel knew which TownHall Meetings by Democrats to cover Live when this all started two weeks ago, huh? Wonder how FoxNews Channel knew? Oh, that's right this was pure 'manufactured anger' from Republican Voters who are loyal viewers of FoxNews Channel. Wow, and MSM did "NOT" catch this. LOL

"The national debt next year will be NINETY NINE TRILLION DOLLARS!"

      (Enthusiastic Applause)

"Say it with me- NINETY NINE TRILLION DOLLARS!"

Senator: "look, you make a good point...."

This entire summer has been like one long audition for American Idiot. I had no idea there were so many worthy contestants. But hey, at least it's been fun for the media, right?

CNBC approached Tea Party activists, looking for angry protest events that would make good television, according to a leaked email from a Tea Party discussion group. And one Tea Bagger responded by flagging an upcoming event that, he said, "should be a riot ... literally."

See, the problem with the media is its LIBERAL BIAS! Hah!

It is fun to point and laugh at how stupid conservatism is.

Those mobs aren't fringe loons, they're conservatism. I can tell because the mobs are echoed by national conservative politicians.

Anyone who came into this summer believing that Fox News and Conservative Talk Radio does not do serious damage to the national IQ, and in fact to our Democracy itself, must have had their eyes opened by what they've been seeing at the town hall meetings. If not, they are probably beyond educating- or part of the Parade of Ignorant Lunatics dominating our tv screens this month.

When Sarah Palin spouts drivel and lies that are so blatant as to not even be plausible, and you think that's a win for your side, you're seriously off track.

Just a few months ago, America resoundingly rejected the McCain-Palin ticket. Given the goodwill McCain enjoyed after years of being puffed up by the media, it's a certainty that a major reason for the McCain-Palin loss was voters not being impressed by Palin. The GOP's apparent belief in her credibility and electability is evidence that they really don't know how to recapture their past success at the voting booth.

"[L]et's face it, covering angry, shouting folks is a lot more fun"?

Lies. I've never seen mainstream coverage of angry, shouting folks on the left that treated their concerns as something worth listening to.

An occasional still of a protest, maybe a few seconds of film underneath a longer story, that's it.

The media is giving right wing angry, shouting folks a free, 24/7 bully pulpit.

Somehow I keep forgetting we have a liberal media!
