So Frank is supposed to give credence to the argument that Obama's policy says that "some lives are not worth living"?

Do all the other countries that actually have national health care have a Hitleresque policy? Are we really the last bastion of anti-Nazi thought in the industrialized world? Give me a break. The question was ludicrous, and obviously you can't say "I understand where you're coming from" to that.

As for the judge here, say no to crack. Seriously. Through the Bush years we heard about how Hitler has no place in the public debate, but when Frank dismisses someone who's bringing Hitler into the debate, he's going to lose an election over it? And while the crowd cheers on, at that? He's sure got his finger on the pulse of Frank's constituency, alright. That man is in serious political trouble now.

Why should he say he understands.

A lunatic, waving a picture of Obama with a hitler mustache asks why he supports this Nazi legislation and he's supposed to understand. And then we have the idiots at Fox news acting as if it's a legitimate question.

This is the end of America. We're circling the drain.

      I agree,

When someone hysterically calls you a nazi, you have a moral obligation to explain in detail of why you are not a nazi, and to be completely polite while doing so. Just like when a person accuses you of eating babies, you have to give their thoughts a fair hearing and calmly discuss these claims(end snark).

God gave us ridicule for a reason people, so we don't have to waste time mulling over stupid ideas. We can just laugh at them.

Especially when you're being called a nazi and you're Jewish. Then it's especially important to be completely polite to the blithering idiot accuser.

I think his heroic response gave a whole new meaning to "being Frank".

Personally, I think if you wave any kind of Nazi or Hitler image at any person of the Jewish persuasion, then all bets on civil behavior are now off the table.

His anger had nothing to do with politics or his position as a Senator. He was rightly angered by the disgusting display and her total lack of regard for his own ethnicity.

In other words, Kilmeade is defending "people" that calls our president "Hitler" and "Nazi". How telling....

As near as I can figure, from the snippets I have seen on MMFA, Brian is as dumb as a post (apologies to posts everywhere) anmd the Judge is mean spirited and a loud mouth, which is not really an ethical thing for a judge to be. I think the woman was calm, cool, and collected, but loaded up with wrong information and aimed at Barney. Her question did not deserve serious treatment and the audience agreed. What happened to the woman, anyway. Has she shown up on some Fixed News show to cry about being mocked? Will she be questioned again for her Hitler comparisons, or will they just smile and agree and let her get away with it?

I'm so disgusted by all these sick minded ignorant racist right-wingers!

So what dip-poop Kilmeade is asking here of Barney Frank is why didn't this Jewish man simply meekly nod in agreement with a reference to Nazi's and Hitler, apologize for daring to smack down an ignorant right-wing woman! (when he actually showed mass amounts of restraint rather than outright and justifiable anger)

Hey um Brian... F^^K YOU! You scummy piece of dirt!

That goes to every single right-winger and all you morons that come in here and try and defend Kilmeade or Rush or any other racist thug... I have no use for any of you either!

I tried that once here... and MMfA deleted it

While I understand MMfA wanting things to stay clean in here... I was simply showing my total and complete contempt for all things right-wing, fanaticism, lies, propaganda, fomenting of hate and racial motivations to explain away stupidity, stupidity itself, most of the corporate owned media! Certainly ALL of Fox-Noise, and some of the ignorant trolls that come in here and mouth off their idiocy!

Of course, the people I aimed it at specifically in here likely were the ones that flagged that earlier post, even though I did not name them. They know who they are... and I have no use for them!

They tell the lie that Nancy Pelosi said protestors carrying signs with swastikas on them were Nazis but think its ok to accuse a Gay Jewish congressman of supporting a Nazi policy!!!!There is no credibility at Fox!!! Good for Barney Frank!!!!!He handled this correctly!!!!

Brian's a good Catholic boy, he doesn't understand how OFFENSIVE and CRUEL it is for a Jew to be compared to Hitler.

      Nor does he care.

It is simple why Frank could not respond that way. A sane person cannot see this connection and is scared by the comparison because this is exactly how the Nazis worked.
