  Didn't Tom DeLay cease to be relevant some time ago?
  
  Too bad he's such good friends with Matthews, otherwise he wouldn't have had any sort of platform this week.
  
  Also, five bucks says he uses his minimum of two nights on Dancing with the Stars to work in some cute comment about healthcare or the President - in between making an even bigger fool of himself.
