According to the dept of Health and Human Services
Latino Americans represent 14% of the population and 30% of the uninsured. Which is the greatest disparity of all ethnic groups.
btw... whites make up 67% of the population and less than half of the uninsured.
Rush, I vowed to stop commenting on your nonsense, but your ignorance and racism drove me to this.
Sure, that sounds far-fetched to anybody not wacked out on Oxycontin for years, but not any weirder than a lot of Rush's ideas.
HR 3200, Title II, Section 246 states: "Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States" Illegal immigrants will not be covered by Federal funds. Period.
This actually has been the law since 1996 with the passage of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconcilaition Act (PL 104-193). I refer you to Title IV, Section 401, (as defined by Section 431).
I guess in Limbaughland all Latinos are illegal.
I was going to say something along those lines myself, but you got there first. Most Latinos living in the U.S. have been Natural-born Americans for generations before my ancestors got to the U.S. in the early 20th Century, but I don't get smack for being their descendant.
Still, in spite of it's faults or past mistakes the U.S. is probably one of, if not the best country to live in.
One friend of mine who was clearly Hispanic and had served in the U.S. Army once referred to UDA's as 'wetbacks'.. maybe a term you should adopt along with Nazis, etc. There is one truth hidden among the racist wing, and that is those whose families spent time, money and work to legally come into the United States do not like those who 'jump the fence', even though the UDA's do live a life of constant fear and are exploited by employers who use their status as a virtual club to control them.

a)because they're racists
b)because they want health care, don't have it and are tired of using ER as their primary health care facility paid for by everyone else.
once again, rush displays his racist views in public without consequence. it has to stop, just like the N#%%@r jokes of the '50s had to stop. this is not OK.
all my best, no stress,
