More precisely, to our elected Democratic leaders. Not only do they approve of their use, but they will defend those who use such references against Obama and any Democrat who dares to criticize any Nazism scaremonger.

It's amazing that an entire "news" channel has rushed to the aid of a Nazism scaremonger and turned her into a victim. Then again, it's Fox News we're talking about.

They should seek her out and find out who she really is. Or as clueless as she looks. Imagine me on a hannity focus group telling him in the face they are responsible for this misinformation ?

That was already done, the story is on crooks and liars. She is a member of a right wing extremist organization. I'll hunt up the clip and post shortly.

You left out the disclaimer about loudly crying and denouncing anyone who would dare do the same to them thus cementing their permanent status of racial hypocritical fascists.

I'm not sure if you're making a sarcastic remark about the editing of the clip, or if you really don't know about this story. In case it's the latter, the woman questioning Frank was holding up a picture of Obama with a Hitler mustache and talking about how it was a Nazi policy.

I think he meant "flip-flop clad," but what he really meant was Birkenstock clad.

You see, these guys are so mush-brained that they are constantly getting their stupid cliches mangled. It's their substitute for thought.

I think he said "nipple clip clad hippies."

This makes his statement even dumber, because no self respecting hippy would ever wear a nipple ring clip on. It just isn't done. Gotta turn in your birkenstock sandals and water bong if you do.

I saw this happen at Burning Man a couple of years ago, and it wasn't pretty. Poor guy was pelted with a few pounds of some really old humus.

Mark spent far too much time working on "nipple clip clad hippies" and not enough time on "working stiff Americans."

Aside from the fact that he's still using the word hippies (hello, the 70s called and want the word back) or missed the humor in using nipple clip and working stiff in the same sentence, he missed accurately describing the wingnuts as they really are---Nazi loving, gun toting, screech monkeys.

"And people are saying 'the Government isn't listening to us!"

What's to listen to? "Where's the birth certificate," "Socialism!", "Marxism!", "Keep Government out of Medicare?" God help us if the Government STARTS listening to these lunatics. What are we supposed to do, simply stop any proposed reform because a bunch of well-organized, ignorant idiots yell talking points at our elected Representatives?

Here's an idea, Mr Williams, and it comes directly from one of your heroes, Rush Limbaugh: "Shut up until you win an election."

I'd prefer: "Shut up until you have something intelligent to say."

That'll keep 'em quiet even if they DO win, and make the chance of that happenening again even less likely.

Why are people so angry now, she asks? Uhhhh...Perhaps it's because FOX and talk radio make it their purpose and duty, 24/7, to keep people riled up with a steady stream of misinformation. I'd be riled up, too, if I was dumb enough to believe the stuff that FOX and talk radio say. Not to beat a dead horse, but consumers of FOX and talk radio fail to grasp that what they are watching and listening to is purely ENTERTAINMENT.

Frank's response was as stupid as her question. This kind of tit-for-tat should be beneath a seasoned congress(man) but Barney decided to display his childlike demeanor. An intelligent person would have ignored the question.

Is there any possible scenario in your mind where someone could be held to ridicule for their behavior? Any at all? If someone holding up a picture of Obama with a Hitler mustache doesn't deserve scorn, I don't know who does. Bear in mind also that Hitler targeted both gays and Jews for mass murder, so it's sort of understandable that Frank would take that sort of rhetoric as particularly offensive.
