Beck: "America, I ask you to call a friend and tell them to watch the show this week"

      Um... Mr. Beck,

I doubt that is going to get the 33 advertisers to come back to your puke-fest of a show.

No, I am sure that isn't what this is about.
Didn't you look at the video? This is about America and the evil that is currently afoot.

This has nothing to do with the fact that Beck got crazy and called the president a "racist".

This is all about saving America.
And, if he should save his job at the same time (oh look, my weekly ratings are up) well that is just bonus points.

BD: Never forget: Beck also said President Obama "hates white culture."

Or, as I prefer, "white KKKulture."

Rushing bills thru Congress at such a rapid rate? Passing legislation that isn't about war and death..er I mean patriotism and God without even reading the bill? Passing legislation that is not beneficial to the richest amongst us? Why we must be in the last throes of our democracy. This is certainly not like the old US of A. Back when Beck was snorting eight balls of coke it only cost him a couple hundred. Now? Now it is being replaced by crack and you can only get it in the bad parts of town. I weep for America and its gloriuos past. SniffSniff

Beck is always asking viewers to DVR/TiVo his show, or watch it with the whole family or buy his book and then pass it on or reminding us that tomorrow's show is going to be really important, etc., etc. He lards this up with a layer or two of abject self-pity, 12-step pseudo candor, and all manner of narcissistic victimhood. He is so worried for our country. He is afraid of the czars, ACORN, SEIU, Communists, Marxists, Socialists, Nazis, Fascists, Liberals and people who will try to take the gun away from the next unstable person who decides to get even with an ex-employer or ex-wife by shooting them.

Have you ever heard anyone so desperate, that loves to listen to himself like this guy does? I bet he talks into the mirror, the toaster, a spoon, the rearview mirror and in his sleep.

Maybe that's one reason advertisers are leaving his show (Sheer "Hot Air" InSannity does the same thing, by the way). What benefit do his advertisers get if they TiVo the show?

Every day, according to his announcer (so it must be true) is a "Special Edition" of the Sheer InSannity Show.

Every day! Imagine that. These jerks spend their time cross-promoting their own tv shows on the radio, and their radio shows on tv.

More like Howard Beale every day. Except Beale was a true believer in what he said. This clown is in it only for the money.

You got that right, Foghorn. Doughboy is ONLY about the money. He is a snake-oil salesman, and nothing more.

Ironically, deep down he despises the sheeple who sop up his moronic bilge even more than those who he slanders. After all, it's THEIR pockets that he is picking, not ours.

It almost makes me wish that I believed in God, because then at least I'd have the comfort of knowing that this morally-bankrupt grifter was on his way to hell.

In 'Network' the network hires leftist assassins to kill Beale, because of his low ratings. No one seems to care, either, because it happened on TV.

I hope Beck's demise is happier and far away in the future. But the handwriting is on the wall, isn't it?

Sort of makes me think of a scene from The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy:

"If you have enjoyed this drink, why not share it with your friends?"

Fear and Hate. Fear and Hate. Fear and Hate.

Why does it feel that if there was rational thought coming from this program I may watch it? Even for those who agree with SOME conservative policies, the FoxNews outlet is such a disgrace to pragmatic thinkers everywhere. No thought. No real action. No answers. No solutions. Just Fear and Hate.

Sure Glen, but only if you soil yourself on camera first.

Then you can stand up and show everyone what you really do.

And finally, you grab some of that wisdom of yours,
and proceed to beat your breast with it, righteously.

Cause that's what you believe in!

"The New Republic: America's Future." Is Beck now forced to raise money by selling magazine subscriptions?

France West? Does that mean we all get four weeks paid vacation when we start a job (not just after ten years), excellent low-cost health care (where on every doctor's wall is a roster of the full cost of the most common 100 medical procedures), excellent schools, job security, fabulous food and topless beaches?

      Where do I sign up?

Beck probably spent his forced one week off writing another "book." By this time he's probably found another copyright-free classic he can rip off.

      Thomas Paine's view of religion?
