      Except that the day of service being planned, or thought of, was brought up by many 9/11 families as a way of honoring those who died.

      Beck = fail. Again.

        That's what I was thinking too. It could've gone the other way too. Beck could just as easily have said the President is kowtowing to the 9/11 widows.

      Why didn't any of the right wing nutz complain when the Bush Administration bailed out the airlines by paying each of the 9/11 families hundreds of thousands of dollars?

      One can only marvel at Mr. Beck's knowledge and insight. He is truly the voice of freedom and liberty. Common Senseis the best book since the bible and it just makes me want to cry when I think of how the liberal/nazi/communist/islamofacists want to rape lady liberty.
      Glory!

      Nice try, Glenn. 9/12 OTOH? Classy.

      What a difference a day makes, huh? Nothing cheap going on to tarninsh the memory of 9/12, is there?

        Yes, the Fire Fighters and Police who ran back into the burning WTC to save people were not "serving," according to Beck, because Beck has now claimed "9-12" for himself. So, memorializing such selfless service on 9-11 goes against Beck's little plan to make 9-12 an anti-government Timothy McVeigh inspired holiday. What happened "the day after" Oklahoma City? People blamed "the Muslims."

      I figure that Beck mis-quoted the law.

      It probably said "day of services". You know, like remembrance services?

      Also, how does Beck know who was all 'represented' at this 'conference call'? Did someone hack the WH's phone records or something?

        TheDayV, it is those damn voices he hears. I hope Sam isn't the voice.

        I heard that part of the show today and some peon behind him was rattling of "those represented" on the conference call.

        But Bingo to the poster who said it takes away from his 9/12 Hate America parade. And since this was apparent signed by Obama earlier this year, Becky may have been trying to ruin 9/11 Patriort Days for everyone.
        Becky is drowning in his own BS....can't wait.
