Limbaugh declares: "Kennedy screwed up everything he touched"

LIMBAUGH: It just breaks my heart folks, I tell you, you know -- to sit here and watch this, to watch the purposeful destruction of the free enterprise system. To watch the purposeful destruction of American capitalism. That's what we're watching right before our very eyes.

And we're lionizing a guy who had a fundamental role in it all of his legislative career, and that's Senator Kennedy. Senator Kennedy screwed up everything he touched.

        Don't forget: In Rush's world, any legislation that passes that isn't as right-wing and conservative as it can possibly be is "screwed up." SO in his world, this is true.

      And, Kennedy has a record Rush that you can cite any time.

      And, Rush, you've accomplished what ?

      Busted for drugs. Check
      Busted coming back with Viagra from a known sex trade area. Check
      Married several times. Check

      Other than making money, sir, what have you accomplished ?

      Senator Kennedy screwed up everything he touched.

      I will take it that all Republicans and conservatives agree with Limbaugh's touching eulogy to Edward Kennedy unless I hear otherwise.

      But I don't expect to.
