Where was FOX's reporting when Dick Cheney was pressuring the CIA to fix its intelligence to back up the Bush administration's bogus reasons for invading Iraq? Was FOX concerned about CIA morale then? Why didn't FOX even report, except in short news briefs, on Porter Goss' resignation from the CIA after he cleaned house there for Bush and Cheney?

What about the CIA people who DID follow the rules, which I have to believe are the vast majority of them.

Why isn't their morale of any concern?

Oh yeah, Scheuer, the guy who said he wanted bin Laden to attack the US. It sounds like he's the one who gives "aid and comfort to the enemy."

Of course, using "the number one name in cable news" to promote protests against the administration's policies, or to further the notion that the president is a radical, a Manchurian candidate, possibly illegitimate due to his questionable citizenship, a racist who hates the majority culture in the nation he governs, out to destroy the economic system of the country he was elected to serve, and generally sow as much discord and foment as much civil discontent as possible - no matter how hard you have to push even the most ridiculous of crackpot theories - in order to block every proposal this administration has made would never lead our enemies to conclude that the US is so factious and distracted that now might be a good time to attack again.

By any standards of decency, what Fox has been engaging in since Jan 20 is nothing short of outright treason.

Why is this clearly anti-American network not shut down? Is treason suddenly okay?

I agree!! The world must be spinning in wonder at what is happening in the world's premier Democracy!!A recent almost landside election and all they see in the news is massive protest about unbelievable stuff like Birth Certificates, death panels, nazism, fascism, communism, socialism.Lots of uncivil behavior and public disrepect to elected officials(effigy hangings, shout downs, armed participants, etc).
A popular new US President ..well liked in the WORLD for his intelligence, compassion, statemanship and diplomacy being rejected already after just over 6 mos into his presidency !!!!It doesn't seem that its a minority of people with these views (who didn't vote for him anyway)because the media just let it all fly around lies and all, giving play by play on the fight not really attempting to support the facts because they will be criticized by the powerful voices with the money as being(liberal) biased!!!WE need some Edward R. Murrows,Walter Cronkites and Dan Rathers!!!!!!!

      Note to Faux.
The Dept of Justice's job is to enforce the law. Unlike what happened during the previous Administration, it doesn't always function as an "arm" of the White House. Case in point: Janet Reno and Bill Clinton. Obama has stated numerous times his preference is to look forward, not back. So, how can one say this is a "war" between Obama and the CIA? Get real.
