Quinn on Ted Kennedy: "this fat drunk who kept raising the minimum wage until every entry-level worker couldn't find a job"

From the August 31 edition of Clear Channel's The War Room With Quinn and Rose:
QUINN: Hurricane Press 2 for Spanish is headed for Mexico with -- it says -- itsaid on Fox News winds of 220 miles an hour. That can't be right. It's got to be 120 miles an hour, it's a Category 4. It's on its way to Mexico and as such could probably cause damage in excess of hundreds of dollars. So we'll let you know, and we'll keep an eye on that. 1-800-507-1047, the web page is warroom.com
Oh, yeah, don't worry, Ted Kennedy is on the agenda today. Ted Kennedy, of course -- are we done lionizing --
TENNENT: Oh my gosh
QUINN: -- this fat drunk who kept raising the minimum wage until every entry-level worker couldn't find a job?

Contrary to media hype, Sarah Palin is very unpopular

More contempt and hatred for the working class of America from the teabagging hicks. Keep it up.
Whether it was a legitimate argument or not at the time... I think it is safe to say that at this time... it is no longer a matter of if or when... but for how long and to what degree!!
Okay, so Ted wasn't waifish and thin, but neither are many politicians and pundits out there. I dare say that Quinn could be getting a phone call from Rush Limbaugh regarding that, but he doesn't care how much he weighs. Neither should Quinn care about how much Kennedy weighed. (Postscript: Kennedy usually trimmed himself in preparation for the re-election cycle.)
"Drunk":
Yes, he had problems with alcohol, but I'm wondering just how many times we saw him with a drink since 1991, when his nephew William Kennedy Smith almost got jailed for rape. I won't argue that he was a slosh in the past, but he did quite a bit to work on his image since then.
The minimum wage deal:
Really, Quinn? Really? You wanted to keep the minimum wage low? You know what that would have done to the poverty line, right? Of course, it's so easy to say that when you have a secure well-paying job.
I will agree with your assessment regarding this guy's childishness.
I ask those who think it hurts to vote to repeal it entirely.
Cowards.
The right believes in "slave wages" so as not to trouble the "landowners"
