      At least he gets it right. Bush couldn't even quote scripture correctly and he was supposed to be the REAL "born again Christian" guy.

      I'm a Christian, BTW, and I see more Christian characteristics in Obama than in Bush. Christ wouldn't be too awfully happy with the actions done in his name in recent years.

        Well, to be fair, he was probably afraid of bursting into flame. Cheney was never seen anywhere near a Bible in the later years of the Dumbya maladministration.

          In his book he clearly says he sought out the Marxists, communists and revolutionaries when he was in school. Can someone print any of his articles from the Harvard Law Journal? Have they been made public yet?
          He certainly has a few "advisors" with a communist/ marxist slant. you know the saying " birds of a feather". I listen to liberal talk radio also, Lynn Samuels who hates Obama, Bill Press, Fatty Schultz and I really miss Randi Rhodes. I just don't allow myself to be brainwashed like George Soros has done to you.

              What does your daughter have to do with Obama seeking out communists, marxists and revolutionaries? He said he SOUGHT them out, not that he took a class about them. he also studied at the knee of another commie Frank Marshall Davis. But,you keep up the good work from your rules for radicals book with the name calling. Very intelligent and mature. Did you teach your daughter these tactics?

                Tactics...? No, not a tactic...just being able to recognize an ignorant A-hole when I see one. According to your way of thinking if I admired Malcom X's intellect and transformation then I am a radical black Muslim? Go back to school and get an education. There are things to be learned in life from all corners...even from Marxists and revolutionaries. And, BTW, our founding fathers were revolutionaries, too.

                  BTW, when I was in college the left wing radical professors were usually the most passionate about their subjects, interesting and even entertaining, too. They made you think about things in different ways...even if you did not end up endorsing their radical philosophy. That's called and E*D*U*C*A*T*I*O*N. I can understand perfectly well why a young Barack Obama would have sought out people like that. But that doesn't mean that the adult Barack Obama endorses every radical philosophy he encountered.

                  On the other hand, narrow-minded, fearful people apparently feel threatened by anything that doesn't comport with most of the rigid God Bless America/America is Always Right nonsense they are fed as children.

                    For all the belly-aching the right does about Saul Alinsky, they certainly seem to have his tactics down. And somehow I don't think he trailblazed the techniquue of name-calling.

                When I was in college a million years ago, I sought out Hallucinogenic drugs, Ayn Rand, Lesbianism, Alcohol, Communism, Zen Buddhists, Scientology, Beat Poets, Carob as Chocolate Substitute, Marx, Diaries of Anais Nin, Anything by prison poets, and Disco. I don't identify with any of those things today. Okay maybe Disco, but only secretly. I think its called education. Read Henry Adams.
