Liddy: "I haven't yet seen a photograph of anybody with any swastikas," papers would front-page photos if they existed

      And if Liddy saw those photos on the front pages, the newspapers would be ripped by him as Commie, Obama-loving, Left-wing radical troop-haters. It's a win-win for Liddy.

      At my townhall, just a bit over a week ago, there was a whole table of LaRouche people handing out (or trying) stacks of Obama with mustasche pictures. There was also a picture of Obama doing the Fascist salute with the Nazi eagle in the background. The security guard made the guy put it face down. The other anti-Obama posters weren't nice but they weren't hate speech, either.

          I didn't hear any overtly racist remarks. I did hear someone say this wouldn't be happening if we had voted for a white man. I didn't get inside my town hall, so many people appeared that the Fire Marshall cut off the number. I would also say that supporters outnumbered the opposition, but that could also mean that more anti-reformers got in because they were earlier. I was there 20 minutes before the doors opened and the line stretched for the whole length of the school's facade and wound around a parking lot.

            It's always amazed me how these 'hard working Americans' have the time to:

            listen to Rush Limbaugh in the middle of the workday
            can get to events hours before they start, while most workers have to wait until the end of their job
            can afford to travel around the country in buses to protest in states they've never seen before.


            Like I said years ago about Illegal Immigration:
            "These lazy Mexicans are coming across the border and taking jobs from Hard Working Americans"

      Please note Liddy's clear and purposeful mischaracterization of Pelosi's comment, which has been misstated from the beginning. She said people at rallies had images of swastikas, and said this doesn't help any discussion. This is true. The right wing echo chamber IMMEDIATELY intimated she was claiming that people had swastikas IDENTIFYING THEMSELVES AS NAZIS. The truth, of course, is that people were characterizing the POTUS as a Nazi. Slightly different, no?

      So, it was Larouche who organized the astroturf campaign, from out in cuckooland? Because 1) I'm pretty sure it was actually insurance company lobbyists, and 2) If it was organized in cuckooland, Liddy should have been able to see the signs identifying Obama and his health coverage reform legislation as Nazism from his bunker.

      If you're seriously going to talk about the Iraq War protests, then you should be honest enough to admit that the single biggest day of protesting prior to the invasion saw more protesters turn out than at all the tea party/bagger/death panel protests so far combined. They were worldwide, not just nationwide, and it was more than 20% of the populace that was concerned.

      These are the people that makes people believe what they say. A felon who got a job as a radio host with no quality information to say. I agree with Liddy I never seen no swastikas or any other racist sign, just kazoos and whistle blowers with confetti being thrown everywhere during town hall meetings. LOL!

      It's been in the papers and it's been on the TV news. There's no way he could have missed it. He's lying and relying on the fact that many of his listeners get all their news from him and never pick up a paper or watch the news on TV.
