        I'll be the short, chubby, blonde with glasses and a ponytail, probably a beige hat and a navy blue U.S.S. Constitution T-Shirt. I will also be accompanied by a short, balding man with glasses and a mustache. We will be on the Metro. I am not sure where it is, so I don't know which station yet.

      Item in the Seattle Times says that Glenn is coming home to Mount Vernon in Washington State on Sept,26th. The mayor will be giving hin a key to the city."This isn't about his political views," said mayor Norris,"It's about recognizing someone who has a history with our city."
      Tickets are $25 for the ceremony. Six of seven city council members declined to buy tickets.

  Oh, it'll be huge, alright - hugely disappointing. But, if you look at the teapartyexpres propaganda they're trying disseminate, it doesn't matter if it's hundreds of people, or... hundreds of people. What they do is make it look like there's TENS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE!!!
  
  Check out this song from Lloyd Marcus (proud black conservative/musician) who's, like, the musical equivalent of Michael Steele (the GOP's attempt to put a black face on their brand), literally the ONLY black person you'll see at these tea parties; it's one of the "theme songs" for the tea party movement, and in it they dub in the sound of massive crowds of people screaming and cheering. (Because, you know, that's the kind of support they have. Not the dozens to maybe a hundred or so wack-a-doos that show up at these things.)

  If you guys want to get an idea of the turn out for these tea parties, look no further than their own official website - teapartexpress.org. It's pathetic. I mean really, truly sad. They do their best to make it look like there's more people than their is. But no matter how much editing they do or how fancy they try and get with the angles of the shots, it's just really... really sad. This is from the blog section, with video sent in by their "grassroots" supporters.

      This is Glenn's idea. He has nine principles and twelve values or the other way around, he wants to return America to the warm and friendly place it was on September 12th, 2001. Where lots of people were scared witless and willing to do almost anything to feel safe again. Or they were willing to be friendly and helpful to other people, which was a good thing. But, yes, I think it is a bit crass and cynical. My mother's birthday was close to the 11th. She died in July of 2001, and I was glad she never saw the attack. She would have been beside herself with fear, and she would probably be a devoted Glennie fan.

        Yes, it was nice of Media Matters to put up that old recording for us. He threatened to Charlie Rangle. He sounds really angry and scary. I wonder how close he comes to actually hitting anyone? I first heard of Glenn on Bill Moyer's last September. He had a special on uncivil discourse. He also talked about Michael Savage. I want our country to be better than this. Our Constitution is such a noble document, it is demeaned by these ignorant, bellicose wretches.

  No Michael Steele will be one of the only ethnic people at the 9/12 thing because you know black people aren't interested in Liberty and the GOP has been trying to find ways to spark the interest of African Americans.....by finding the "Great White Hope", pulling out their small crew of Uncle Tom's, and consistently demeaning and joking/alluding to killing the first black president.
