No subiminal message here folks, move along nothing to see......

seeing as how FOX defines the Nuclear option I believe the message translates as follows

If the US Senate passes a bill by a vote of 50/49(as there are only currently 99 senators), which satifisys the consistutional requirments for simple majority vote, the country is doomed because we arnt in that majority.

or to simplify. if we follow the laws of our consistution our country will fail because our consistuion is secondary to our beliefs about this country.

now to soundbyte it: "I hope Obama[care] fails"

so when the GOP says they hope Obamacare fails what they really mean is "I dislike out consistution because it allows for people who dont agree with me to get their way, and I only have the maturity of a 2 year old....I dont share my toys with others, and I have to win every game I play"

They wouldn't say,"I'm going to nuke these leftovers.", if it wasn't atomic.
            Geeze Loueze.
Sorry off topic. Be afwaid, be vewy vewy afwaid of a duly elected administration. Specially one trying to be bipartisan to some who were, are, and never will be biparitsan.
Which so far is a thing of concern so far. A fearful thing, kind on depends on how much damage this bipartisanism does to healthcare reform.
