      Unlike the perfect (but 37th ranked) private insurance system we have in this country, Obama-care will actively seek to sacrifice people, sort of like cannibals do, or the Aztecs.

      People in long black robes and voodoo makeup will randomly choose a home, invade it, and kill everyone inside. If nobody is home, they will leave a note say, "You got lucky...this time."
