Only a brain dead con could spin a story about someone so desperate they'd sell their organs into something positive.
I've been collecting the CBS Series NUMB3RS since the beginning (more or less, missing some episodes) on my DVR, and one had a girl from India who came over with three friends (actually, one was her sister) to sell organs. Here's a recap:
Season 2, Episode 14 – Aired: 1/27/2006
Harvest
When an Asian teenager is found in the basement of an old downtown hotel where she was apparently being tortured, the investigation soon reveals the girl and three other missing women, are victims of a black market organ-harvesting scheme. Amita assists the FBI by communicating with the girl, who is from the same part of India where Amita's family once lived.
(Disclaimer: I am not a math genius, I like the fact that this show is not just an action/adventure but has Science and a great 'family' in the three lead characters - Rob Morrow(Don), David Krumholtz(Charlie) and Judd Hirsch(Alan, the father))
Lemme guess: you also believe a woman should have a right to choose -- right?
