BECK: You know, I said a year ago -- I said you needed to find your voice. And I said I think you'll -- we're coming to a time when voices like mine will disappear. It would be easy to say, "Yeah. Yeah. Look at -- Van Jones is out." Which I think is a mistake, because I think it makes him more dangerous, and I'll explain why here in a second.

But the other thing is -- is I find myself in amazing position. John Podesta just issued a statement about Van Jones and me. There is Soros money now being funneled to stop me. The biggest names, the most powerful people on the planet on the left -- I've told you before, they're not going to go away easy. There were billions of dollars, if not trillions of dollars, at stake. There is -- this is the, you know, if anybody wants to think this as a game about, you know, get him fired and get him fired and slow the White House down because it's a Republican thing, you're sadly mistaken.

This game is for keeps. This is who controls the United States of America and its destiny. Is it you? Or is it a group of elites? I'm fighting for you and me, my children, your children. I would ask you for one thing. Please, keep me in your prayers, keep my staff in your prayers, for safety, for wisdom, please. I'm asking you. Because I -- I just will tell you, as I have before, we have the truth on our side; we also have God on our side. If you believe the founders were divinely inspired, well, with firm reliance on divine providence we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor. Just pray for protection, please.

Any truth to the rumor that Van Jones is coming to NY to work with Jeff Jones. They would make a terrific couple.

Voices like yours will disappear Becky, goody, goody gumdrops! I get no money from Mr. Soros. Your side lost Mr. Beck, by a lot! I am not an elite, but you make millions and millions and tens of millions of dollars, which makes you a hell of a lot more elite than I will ever be on a Civil Servant's salary. And lastly, I don't believe that the Founding Fathers were acting at God's direction when they founded this secular nation. A country where I am free to believe or not, as my choice, thank you Mr. James Madison!

Becky's starting to sound a lot like Oral Roberts when he called on his followers to send him money or Jesus would call him home.

Don't you wish, he lost all credibility after that and virtually retired from the business. Would that the same would happen for Becky!

Well I used to be against Beck, but now that he's explained it clearly that God is on his side...

Seriously, is he hinting that the powers-that-be are planning to knock him off?

Probably he is. But then again, the man is delusional.

I mean, he follows a religion with sacred underwear, books retrieved from golden tablets "dug up" by an occult worshipping con artist, beliefs that black people aren't really people at all, and so on.

Time to sacrifice yourself Becky...I'll buy the gasoline(unbiased gas, of course) and have a lottery to see who gets to light the match.
What a whinnnner. Becky is a victim...of his own insanity. But as mentioned above, he has millions to fall back on.

Glenn, seriously, you read your own press clippings and thought you were important in the debate concerning America. Now, Republicans are laughing at you. Too bad, you had a future in hatred. TOO BAD

"We have truth and God on our side?" How pathetic. Seldom has a drivel meister proven to be less Christian, less honest, less admirable. I think Glen is angry because Rush was touted as the new leader of the Republican crazies(or I mean party). The only issue that causes me consternation is why the Obama administration has tried to just brush off and ignore the ignorant, terroristic statements of this wingnut and his partners in slime. Come on. Use a little "Cheneyism" and strike back and strike back hard.

So, God is on "their" side and "his" side. I disagree with him so God is not on my side, he no longer likes me. Doesn't Mr. Beck realize that God may not care about this issue.

When you start saying the country was inspired by God you are getting into dangerous territory.

Good God, Glenn. This isn't about politics anymore.

You're looking to become a cult leader. You've gone McCarthy on us, but you're not going to stop until you're the next David Koresh.

You've got a damned God complex, you loon.

"This is who controls the United States of America and its destiny. Is it you? Or is it a group of elites?"

It is we, the people of America, who elect people to represent us. Kinda like we have to trust a doctor (someone you might think of as an elitist) when we are in need of surgery. That's life.

"I would ask you for one thing. Please, keep me in your prayers"

Stop invoking religion; it makes you sound silly and desperate. Leave God in church.

"we have the truth on our side"

      Ohhhh no you don't!

"If you believe the founders were divinely inspired"

God again. Please stop bringing the Creator of the universe down to your mental and moral level. He/She gave us a mind and free will and we honor the Creator by discovering and pursuing freedom. Both of which has nothing to do with you and your kind.

If I may ask. What is so wrong, hateful about what he's saying in this post? I fail to see why this man gets the ridicule and hatred he gets from this site and the left in general. Do you all hate the Founding Fathers? His beliefs tie almost directly into the Founder's beliefs? If you don't agree with me point out where it differs. Please.
