BECK: Let me go to Erin in Illinois. Hello, Erin, you're on The Glenn Beck Program.

CALLER: Glenn, thanks for all you're doing to bring information and awareness to Americans all over this great nation. I so appreciate it.

BECK: Please keep me in your prayers along with my family and the people that work with me.

CALLER: You are, sir, every day.

BECK: Thank you.

CALLER: Yes. I am one of two main organizers for the central Illinois 912 Project group.

BECK: OK.

CALLER: This group has literally hundreds of members spanning the width of Illinois. I want to let you know about an important event that we as 912ers held this past Saturday morning. As you're aware, we have a number of Illinois representatives -- most notably, perhaps, our senators, that have refused to meet with their constituents.

You've been talking about the importance of flooding the battlefield of ideas with questions, and that's exactly what we decided to do. We met this past Saturday for an in absentia town hall meeting to ask well-researched questions of our representatives -- one 912 member coming up to the podium right after another, all in a professionally videotaped format. It was a really serious, a very organized, well-handled event. We're directing DVD copies of this event to our representatives. In fact, I intend to hand deliver copies of it to our representatives in Washington later this week.

BECK: Will you send me one so I can post it? I'd love to see it.

CALLER: Absolutely, I would be happy to. I want you to know we the people will always find a way when our voices -- when they try to silence our voices, we are still going to make that attempt. We're going to get out there and be heard.

BECK: You bet. You're not going to make the attempt, Erin. You're going to get it done. I mean, that's the one thing. I mean, you know, I believe that -- I believe there are people, Michael Moore being one of them, you know, and I only bring him up -- he's not in the government at all, but I mean he's a prime example that everybody knows -- comes out this weekend and says capitalism is evil. OK, great. Thanks Michael Moore. You mean the system that made you a wealthy man? That capitalism is evil. OK, great.

These people, it is not past them -- Stone -- Oliver Stone, going down and idolizing Chavez. They wouldn't mind a Chavez-style takeover. What they don't understand is Russia was transformed. And it was transformed into a free state, but then it slipped into massive crime and everything else. Well, you can do whatever you want for a very short period of time. They tried to make Russia a free state. Well, those people in Russia, they were so used to being told exactly what to do that they couldn't -- they couldn't live under freedom. They didn't understand it. It was too volatile. And they craved, in the end, a totalitarian-style government, and they got it in Putin.

Well, we're the opposite. You can try to put the lid on this group of people, but you will never silence us. You will never -- you can shoot me in the head, you can shoot the next guy in the head, but there will be 10 others that line up. And it may not happen today, it may not happen next week, but freedom will be restored in this land. Period. And no matter what you want to call it, it is a totalitarian state that you're headed towards. Michael Moore calls it a -- what was it? A democratic rule? Is that what he was calling it? No. No, no, no. Chavez -- that's not a democratic state. That's totalitarianism and communism.

I'm beginning to think he's indirectly talking to his wife sometimes during his radio broadcast.

Glenn must have us confused with his gun nut fans who show up to tea bag health care "discussions."

I contend that this is exactly what Beck is longing for. It's pretty sick, but I think it's true. We all know about the family history of suicide. How much better would it be for Beck if someone takes him out, raising his already "exalted" status. It's similar to the horrendous "suicide by cop," but instead, I genuinely believe he's got his eye on "suicide by librul."

      Beck pre-production meeting, 09/08/09:

Producer: Okay, so there was nothing to hit on in Obama's speech. Time to go whackjob.

      Beck: Guns, God or both?

Producer: Start with God... see how it goes.

The caller said there are "hundreds of members scanning the width of Illinois".
My football pick 'em league has more members than that.

"You can shoot me in the head.." Becky, you have become the Drama Queen of the Right.

        1) shooting Beck in the head would be futile, he has no major organs in it
        2) wasn't it Liddy who suggested shooting Federal Law Enforcement Officers in the head?

Dreck is really trying to broaden his religious base this week, I guess...

I'm sorry if there are well-meaning religious folks who are duped by this loon.

Someone wants to waste a bullet on him? With the economy in the state it is, we better hold the bullets for useful activities, like hunting or New Year's Eve.

The fact that these whackjobs are on the air: Quinn, Savage, Beck, Limbaugh, Hannity et al......shows how far we've fallen as a country.

These guys claim to be "patriots" but are making millions lying and distorting the facts in service to an agenda. There's nothing patriotic about it.

Great headline. In other words, bring at least 11 bullets.

"We met this past Saturday for an in absentia town hall meeting to ask well-researched questions of our representatives"

WTF!?!?! And Glenn wants a copy of it so he can air it. I'm *sure* the 912er's responses to themselves were erudite and meaningful. So when Glenn shows it, and doesn't mention that the people on stage are not ACTUAL ELECTED OFFICIALS, it will be a completely fair and balanced report.
