Really? The Republicans have ideas? Huh. When did that happen?
Have we said anything yet? Or have we just been repeating 'you lie' over and over again, like a political Mantra?"
Do you recall over the past several years, during the Bush Presidency especially, but during the start of the Obama Presidency also, that Republican media hacks have regularly accused Democrats (or liberals or progressives or whatever name you prefer), they've been accused of being 'angry'?
Media Matters must have a dozen citations at least over the past several years, where Democrats have been accused by hacks in the media of being 'angry'...
Where's that accusation now, against Joe Wilson?
Is it suddenly OK to be 'angry', or is this just a case of the shoe being on the other foot, where the 'angry' shoe fits just right on the Republican foot?
Because watching and listening to Joe Wilson the other night, I swear I haven't seen anybody as angry at a U.S. President, since that Iraqi guy took off his shoes and threw them at President Bush...
An invasion of his country was the reason he was so 'angry', I guess... I guess Joe Wilson has a reason nearly as good, for being so 'angry' at President Obama.
DEMAND THAT THE REPUBLICANS SEND A PERSON WHO SPEAKS FOR THE PARTY. AND THEN SEE WHAT YOU GET.
The media help give these divisive voices legitimacy by entertaining their insanity.
It is easy to discount these bastards. All the media has to do is show them the truth, because the truth is clearly written in the Healthcare Bill. Once you do that just tell these ignorant sickos you have no crediblity. Instead of calling the president a liar, just say you don't believe him. That should help close the door on TV coverage, TV coverage that should be reserved for important issues.
