What is impportant to FOX management may not be important to those other managements. It was duly noted Hannity's complete failure reporting on pres Obama's speech.

WOW-"tens of thousands" out of a population of over three hundred million people ! seems paltry...the efforts of the crowd handlers was pathetic: the milling "throng" was decidedly oblivious to the Fox camera considering the uberPatriot was interviewing, until some alert staffer keyed the crowd and then can be seen hushing them on cue.

What ? this Amy lsdy just said they were expecting 5200 people at the reststop and 800 showed up ? did i hear that right ?

If it's going to be so huge, why do I only hear it from Faux? (and MMfA)

I love how they say they have no idea how many people will be there tomorrow - when Beck at one point was saying hundreds of thousands of people. Now they can claim any number as a huge success. Oh, right - Beck's comments are on tape somewhere!

They will claim it a huge success no matter what.It has to be because they are peddeling propaganda,not the truth.

If anything, media will "up-play" this event, compared to how gatherings of a few thousand people are usually treated.

How Big could it be--not huge. I think minor, but I'm thinking of the 1963 March on Washington with at least 100,000 people in the mall to listen to Martin Luther King.

I'd like to know where (cluster) Fox keeps coming up with the so-called fact that in President Obama's short 6 months he has quadrupled the deficit.

It's like the 1960's? Really? It's more like the 1980's and they're back saying "Greed is good."

I still don't understand what they're marching for or against. How tyrannical can this government be if they're "marching" towards the capital without fear of government reprisal?

Now why would this remind him of the 60's? And why do they have to always tell us that this is grassroots. They are the ones that bring it up and this causes people to look into it.

Hannit's hedging. He's doing this deliberately so that if the turnout of neanderthals is low tomorrow, he can just blame "liberal media." Sadly, his knuckledragging audience will of course lap it all up and believe that it was a true grass-roots event and represented all the American people.

In fact, it was SO spontaneous that they had a prepared sign saying "Tea Party Express" to hang in the background.

And, oh yeah, that looks like a HUGE crowd in the background.

Anybody who is interested in going my husband and I, I am leaving home and will be at the Lone Sailor by 11:30, and we will walk towards the Capitol around noon. I hope to have pictures up by this evening.

There was a Mad Tea Party Bus in front of Sean Hannity's studio, and the March Hare and the Hatter were having tea at it: Glen Beck was sitting between them, fast asleep, and the other two were using the Constitution as a cushion, resting their elbows on it, and talking over its head. 'Very uncomfortable for the Constitution,' thought the Blue Dogs; 'only, as it's asleep, I suppose it doesn't mind.'

The Mad Tea Party Express was a large bus, but the three were all crowded together at one corner of it: 'No room! No room for any health care reform!' they cried out when they saw a sick person coming.

`There's plenty of room!' said the progressive caucus indignantly, and realized it was easier to talk to a dining room table than the loons of the Mad Tea Party.

We had a big "tea party" on November 8, 2008, Sean. Yes, a black Democrat got elected. It's over. Deal with it like a man.

It was a bit premature of Hannity to proclaim that the media would downplay the event. CNN and MSNBC are both covering it this morning. And from what I've seen so far, the coverage on those networks has been very fair. It's also premature for the posters on this thread to be diminishing the size of the crowd when no one knows at this point how many people will be there. Shouldn't everyone's "examination" of this event wait until after the event actually takes place?

Jon Stewart and Colbert better get back from vacation soon, there is too much material here going to waste. Rachel Maddow, Gos bless her, can only do so much, the new-McCarthyism is just beginning and we need a full team.

Such a shame that the many people who are blind to the fact that we just went through 8 years of BS only to have a man who actually cares about getting this country and people back on track only to have the many small-brained people try to spoil the plan. They must have thought the last 8 years was booming!! On that note did the U.S. legalize drugs because I think alot of people are on something?????

Yep.....teabaggers slept through the last 8 years while the fewest jobs were created in US history and national debt doubled.

If Shamity straightens this out, would probably be the first time he got something straight in years.

I love it when these guys talk about spending. Projected costs for Iraq are upwards of 3 trillion dollars, annual defense spending is greater than the rest of the world combined. Corporate subsidies are through the roof. Our banks have undisclosed guarantees from the Federal Reserve of tax payers dollars. The real costs of Afghanistan have not even been looked at yet. These guys on Fox News don't mind spending money when it comes to corporate America and world domination, but when it comes to helping people and improving our society... well I guess Glenn Beck rightly said, those types are "communist-progressive-fascists".
