EMBED

Sean Hannity went on to say to organizers Mark Williams, Dick Armey, and Amy Kremer of the tea party protesters: "They have inspired me and have really motivated me and made me feel you know what? We can stop ObamaCare, their reckless spending, guys I'm very proud of the job you've done, you should be very proud of yourselves and to everyone there standing for freedom and liberty God bless all of them."

Hannity is "hearing" that 9-12 march on Washington to be "huge"

What is impportant to FOX management may not be important to those other managements. It was duly noted Hannity's complete failure reporting on pres Obama's speech.

I don't suppose any of these morons realize that the very name of 9/12 Project (the name being used to protest taxes) is exploiting the 9/11 terrorist attacks??

Which of course is exactly the thing the right-wing accuses liberals of doing all the time!

        Now that's projection personified!

That's quite a leap. I don't know how you draw your conclusion to exploitation. If you want to talk exploitation, just go back and see Olbermann' ridiculous rant on 9/11/08.

            That's quite a leap.

It sure the hell is!! It is a leap that spans from sea to shining sea and all point between!

I was just flipping through the channels and checking in on the wall to wall coverage of a mixture of the ignorant and the racially biased being a-okay in being lead by their noses, having no idea just how deep this countries problems are!

Are you so sure you actually want to come in here and try and use a one time Olbermann rant from last 9/11 to the 24/7 exploitation of this pathetic tax protesting with the name 9/12 Project is somehow an equivalent??

Dude! This whole 9/12 Project IS EXPLOITATION!! Period. End of story! And you are a fool if you believe differently or if you really believe that a one time rant is somehow the same!

Where was all this outrage and anger when Bush was ruining this nation by these tea baggers?

And for Glenn Beck to try and act like he is as angry with the Republicans now as he has been with Democrats... shows just the kind of pathetic simple-minded whore he is!

I'm confused. On 9/12/2001 the entire country rallied behind the president. Is that what Beck's advocating here? If so, it's lost on his horde of racist teabaggers.

WOW-"tens of thousands" out of a population of over three hundred million people ! seems paltry...the efforts of the crowd handlers was pathetic: the milling "throng" was decidedly oblivious to the Fox camera considering the uberPatriot was interviewing, until some alert staffer keyed the crowd and then can be seen hushing them on cue.

Fox did a boo-boo this morning..Around 9:30 or so the cut to a shot from Washington D.C. and lo and behold, the first picture was that of a jerk holding a sign with Obamas face, eyes colored in which said FASCIST KOOL-AID. Of course they will scrub that but I am sure SeannietheSissyBoy will hold true to his promise to report this fact.

But obviously someone's just going through and putting thumbs down on the more conservative posters even when it makes no sense to do so. I was simply asking for clarification of vhw's post.

I love how they say they have no idea how many people will be there tomorrow - when Beck at one point was saying hundreds of thousands of people. Now they can claim any number as a huge success. Oh, right - Beck's comments are on tape somewhere!

Back in the 60's we called 60,000 an impromptu meeting ! Okay, okay a bit of an exaggeration.

Even if its 60,000, one would think a protest being "advertised" 24/7 by Fox Noise, Hannity, Beck, Limbaugh, and the multitude of other right wing crackpot talk radio hosts, I would call that an embarrassment.

Even Billy Mays could sell more than 60,000 people on something with only a couple of spots a day!

If you consider Newt Gingrich's past, it's probably not surprising at all. This is a guy who received oral sex in his driveway and served his wife with divorce with divorce papers while she was in the hospital recovering from cancer surgery. And let's not forget the affair he was having with his staffer while he was trying to impeach Clinton at the same time, as well a lot of other things. By the way, the aide to Gingrich who sent the invitation to the Porn Company, his name was Joe Gaylord. You cant possibly make this stuff up. Maybe you can, but there's still some funny stuff in real life that you'd think would be part of a piece in The Onion or on Saturday Night Live.

They will never figure it out, but they are protesting against themselves. The teabaggers are the village idiots of America. They get all their news from Fox, so they have no idea of how bad Bush, the Republicans and 30 years of Reagonomics have turned the country over to the new robber barons. Look at this idiot Wilson. He's a congressman and they are supposed to write the legislation but apparently for the past 30 years the republicans have been letting the lobbyists write all of their legislation. This guy is clueless on the health care bill which hasn't been written. That is his job to know that. He should be recalled.

Hannit's hedging. He's doing this deliberately so that if the turnout of neanderthals is low tomorrow, he can just blame "liberal media." Sadly, his knuckledragging audience will of course lap it all up and believe that it was a true grass-roots event and represented all the American people.

      CHAPTER VII
      A Mad Tea-Party
There was a Mad Tea Party Bus in front of Sean Hannity's studio, and the March Hare and the Hatter were having tea at it: Glen Beck was sitting between them, fast asleep, and the other two were using the Constitution as a cushion, resting their elbows on it, and talking over its head. 'Very uncomfortable for the Constitution,' thought the Blue Dogs; 'only, as it's asleep, I suppose it doesn't mind.'

The Mad Tea Party Express was a large bus, but the three were all crowded together at one corner of it: 'No room! No room for any health care reform!' they cried out when they saw a sick person coming.

`There's plenty of room!' said the progressive caucus indignantly, and realized it was easier to talk to a dining room table than the loons of the Mad Tea Party.

      wallypipp (August 24, 2009 6:13 am ET
"At any rate I'll never go there again!' said Fox News'Bream, as she picked her way through the wood. 'It's the stupidest tea-party I ever was at in all my life!'"

      Brabantio (August 24, 2009 8:23 am ET)
'But I don't want to go among mad people,' she remarked.

'Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: 'we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.'

'How do you know I'm mad?' said Bream.

'You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'

It was a bit premature of Hannity to proclaim that the media would downplay the event. CNN and MSNBC are both covering it this morning. And from what I've seen so far, the coverage on those networks has been very fair. It's also premature for the posters on this thread to be diminishing the size of the crowd when no one knows at this point how many people will be there. Shouldn't everyone's "examination" of this event wait until after the event actually takes place?

I love it when these guys talk about spending. Projected costs for Iraq are upwards of 3 trillion dollars, annual defense spending is greater than the rest of the world combined. Corporate subsidies are through the roof. Our banks have undisclosed guarantees from the Federal Reserve of tax payers dollars. The real costs of Afghanistan have not even been looked at yet. These guys on Fox News don't mind spending money when it comes to corporate America and world domination, but when it comes to helping people and improving our society... well I guess Glenn Beck rightly said, those types are "communist-progressive-fascists".
