Atta and Savage have more in common.
They both hate people not like them and they both don't care about the people their hurt.

Excuse me, I think you and your right wingnutters are the ones who would love to shush everyone who doesn't agree with you. You yell and call names and act like a right prick of a person when you don't get your way. How much abuse have you heaped on the British government for refusing the displeasure of your company? I see, you are man enough to dish is out, but not to take it. That makes you a mushagnut, not a mench, Mikey.

Savage has subjected the British government to "abuse" because they put his name on a list with Mass Murderers, Russain Terrorists, and other distasteful individuals. That's practically libel, especially seeing as it was this media source, MM.org that helped doctor the materials that got Savaged banned. The same thing happened to Mike Huckabee during the Primaries. Even though Huckabee clearly stated that pulpit ideology has no place in the oval office, the left still doctored sermons of his and abused his image.

Actually, Mr. Savage, that was the old way of America. The Bush way. Dissent is treason, remember? We have access to intelligence too sensitive to show the public, but sufficient for us to invade? By contrast, President Obama said in his address to Congress that his door is open, that he welcomes new ideas, and wishes to hear them.

You need to take a long vacation, sir. I hear London is quite nice this time of... oh, wait. Your tendency to vitriol and racism and hate speech has gotten you blacklisted in Britain, hasn't it? Well, at least you're still free to spew your bile here, right? Still free to be wrong, to lie, to resort to the most despicable ploys that occur to your fevered and sick imagination. And you're getting paid for it, so that's got to be nice, right?

As much as I hate Savage and I like England, I can't support England's decision to ban anyone on the basis of their views or vitriol.

I'm a big fan of freedom of speech, and have argued against both censorship and bringing back some form of McCarthyism to deal with the likes of Beck, Hannity, Limbaugh, and Mr. Savage, here on this website.

That being said, it is obviously England's right to keep out whomever they wish, and on whatever pretext. That's just part of being a sovereign nation, after all. While I disagree with the principle, tman418, I do find some enjoyment from it's deployment in this particular case. In it's own way, it's as funny as O'Reilly's boycott of France.

The US does it too, but of course it is mostly about communists, so Savage is probably pretty happy about it.

Communists and potenial terrorists. I knew someone with an Irish name who was called aside because his name was on the watch list, same name, different men.

I'd say the same thing about the US of A. Banning Cat Stevens unfortunately shows that we aren't above it.

What a dope! He is aring a tape from a man who died 8 years ago. What comparison does this have with a man who at that time was only a Junior Senator running for Congress and nobody even knew EVEN SAVAGE who Obama was! What a retard Savage is!

You can practically hear the fabric of the universe stretching and straining to contain the convoluted logic of what Savage said.

          Wow. Tough crowd.

Based on the thumbs down, must be some Savage supporters out there.

The guy's a meathead. Dead from the neck up.

Anyone who thinks he has anything intelligent to say, must be a drooling moron.

Most people don't see Savage's logic because they don't connect the dots, use abstract thought processes, or anything that goes outside their comfort zone. This is a parable for the Obama Administration, not a direct comparison.

I think its pretty sad that savage even played that tape.
Bush used 9/11 like he owned it. He would bring up 9/11 whenever he wanted to lie to the American people to further his agenda.
Bush, cheney, and rudy gulianni tossed it around all the time.
It was the worst and saddest day in American history. I think its time for the repugs and the talking heads stop using it as a propaganda tool.

Michael Savage and Glen Beck constantly try to outdo each other spouting hatred. Savage wonders why he was banned from England. He should be banned in the United States. The nerve to use the tapes of 9/11 to promote his brand of hatred. The audacity of Beck today to insinuate that liberals are Godless. Did he ever hear of the separation of church and state. It is beyond my comprehension that they consider themselves law abiding, patriotic Americans. There has to be a way for us Godless liberal to fight back in an orderly and calm way. Why can't we show them the American way of protest can be civil and conduct debates in a mature manner.
