You know, i just started coming to Media Matters about a month ago and before then i used to get a very bad feeling in my stomach everytime Lou Dobbs came on CNN, not living in the US, i didn't know his history, he just didn't rub me right (with his rants about immigration), then on MMFA i find he has been going at it for a while and continues to.
Lou, honestly, media matters/southern proverty law centre and pretty much anyone that criticizes you must be part of a HATE GROUP, right? Especially when they factually expose you to the world?
Anyone ever notice how uncomfortable reporters that work with him at CNN look whent he comments at their reports?
They seem to be thinking (or maybe its just me), "what the F are you talking about man"? Jeez...
Brilliant.
Mr. News
Congrats MM... if this twit doesn't like you, you're on the right track.
The easiest defense is an offense! Lou Dobbs prove to be not more than the a-typical uneducated fact twisting right wing demagogue by simply reversing and redirecting all arguments against him back toward others.
But Lou does not seem to realize what a ridiculous joke he actually has become by doing so.
I guess it is now you guys against Lou Dobbs?
May the more intelligent ones win. And that would certainly be
you guys.
Mr. Dobbs is right: he will never be happy. Is it hateful, to state fact(s)? Oh calamity, free speech is hateful, and advocates responsibility. By definition, watch-dog groups question authority. If his affiliation was, "publicized in every publication in the country," why did he single-out Media Matters? Why should he care, unless there is good reason to?
He mentions an award and says he is an independent. Why would any group give an award to someone that is not like-minded? Does that mean anyone can win a Nobel Prize for saying one plus one is two? Hold-up! One plus one is two. Now, I have it right. Where is my money?
He did not deny his award, FAIR?
It be it,
Ronin Kannushi.

It's like the GOP has become one big newbie troll. Sad, sad times for the GOP.
They are using the internet as a new medium to spread their lies. I don't think they have quite yet realized that this same internet medium is never going to let their lies die.
Or, maybe they have started to realize it. And are using the only tactic left to defend themselves - attack the outlets that host their lies.
Again - sad, sad times for the GOP. I guess that this is what the death of a political party looks like.
