Fox' Carlson ties Sebelius' reprimanding Todd over sneeze to "czars" involved in health care

From the September 18 edition of Fox News' Fox & Friends:

What strikes me, though, is how easily one can tell that Sibelius is being light-hearted, but ol' Fox and Fiends... not so much.
Never sit on the Fox and Friends couch- they seem to have no problem with flying bodily fluids over there
Though I forgot, she's pro-abortion, baby killing monster (rolls eyes).
And any time they can wedge that word into a discussion, they will. Gov Sebelius isn't a czar, so it has no place in this discussion. As part of her role in the Cabinet, she's a perfect person to have said what she did. There's no need to get a czar to do that. Clearly, the only reason to mention it is to enflame the rightwing base. Another example of FoxNews not being fair and balanced.
I thought she was playing this scolding for humor. And, as has been pointed out, it was a teachable moment for the Secretary of Health and Human Services. And then Retchin' Gretchen goes on about internal politics and people out to get her job, what, is Gretchen letting the cat out of the bag about goings on at Fixed Noise? I can believe they would be connivers and backstabbers, they're so smarmy on the air.
There was probably someone prompting them to switch the subject to czars. So in Carlson's usually "intelligent" manner, she used the sneeze to segue to the czars.
Just stunning.
And then Carlson suggests that if Gov Sebelius doesn't grab her opportunities, one of the dreaded czars will wrest control from her? She has to reinforce that she's the Secretary of Health and Human Services by scolding a reporter? OMG!
That said, when on MUNI in San Francisco, or on a plane, I always sneeze into my elbow.
