      "We'll DO IT LIVE!!!"

Beck would just claim the donuts come from Russia or something, and claim the debate is fixed...

In that match, no one wins, everyone loses, and all that happens is time is wasted.

Are we talking the Broncos/Bengals game, or Joe and Glenn's donut-eating duel?

The answer to the question of "How do you duel with Glenn Beck", "Eat doughnuts" wasn't the funniest duel line...

Funnnier was "Set your hair on fire?"

but the best was the barely audible Mika saying
      "You weep uncontrollably"

Thank you Mika... I didn't used to like you very much but you showed me a little something there.

What is awesome about all this is that Beck is just out there alienating anyone who mentions his name in an unflattering way (which is pretty much everyone who mentions his name)

Pretty soon, Becky will truly be on an island. Alone on the radio, because TV will have since shunned him (a la Rush-y) And he too will be irrelevant.

Why did she back down? "I used the wrong words."

A Mika/Beck duel is not what people want to see. Mika is doing the right thing by not giving Glenn her attention.

Just like we all should be doing. Ignore Glenn Beck. It will drive him crazy.

I find it hard to ignore beck. I look forward to coming to MM to see what craziness beck will come up with next. Ignoring him will not stop him from lying, nor will calling him out on his lies. Im glad that MM keeps tabs on him and the other wingnuts like limpo.
It wont make them change their ways, but when MM does call them out on their BS it gets them in a hissy fit. I find that very enjoyable.

This thing is framed by MMFA as though Beck told Mika to "shut up" while speaking with her. He wasn't speaking with her, she was referred to in 3rd person while Beck was speaking with an on-air associate. Big difference.

The problem with that is that radio doesn't give you that opportunity to distinguish those who are being spoken to and spoken about. He was still trash-talking Mika's response, and it certainly didn't help with Beck's goons mocking her words in the background.

Spin it as you will, but Beck's still drawing the target on Mika's back.

We got a defence in motion! Should anyone want to be the plantiff? Someone will be around soon to argue why defend a screwball.

Interesting, defending a person who claims his critics are trying to silence him while he tries to silence his critics.
