Enough believers tomakeit stick. FOX is really promoting this marionette. RogerAiles new boy. He was on FOXand Friends this morning and indicates he thinks Obama was president on Jan 15. Little confused about the facts.

Beck is not a very intelligent person. Oh, he may know how to tap into the latent hatred of his viewers so that his ratings explode, but factually, he is not a very intelligent person.

There was a korean dude a few years back, arev Sung Yun Moon who in a moment of truthiness, stated the reason for his success was that 90% of the US population was too smart forhim,5% was mentally incapable and 5% was too dumb. The latter 5% was the one group he was after.

Yep. I've listened to Beck for years on the radio. I'll stand by what I said. Glenn Beck is not a very bright person. If you believe his schtick, what does that say about you?

Scarborough sure has pegged Beck correctly...and I like his call-out to conservatives. Even people like Joe that I dislike and disagree with can apparently be correct from time to time.

I disagree with a lot of Joe's political philosphy, but I have to give him props for being one of the most objective, principled conservative commentators out there.

This may have already been pointed out - I seem to recall another "rodeo clown" reference to Beck, that I didn't read. But I think it's important to point out that the job of a rodeo clown is to distract the bull, not to use the bull to distract the audience...

I find his reference to himself as a "rodeo clown," offensive. I KNOW rodeo clowns and they are very brave, very selfless persons who put their lives on the line to protect the cowboy from the bulls. Beck is simply a clown.

The closest relationship Beck could ever hope to have to a rodeo clown is the barrel, the bottom off which Glenn was scraped.

I'm still shaking my head, I'm having a hard time believing what I am hearing, but Joe, say it's so! You are calling out to Conservatives to distance themselves from Glenn? Thank you, so very much! It is about time. And I hope your former colleagues are listening. Now, can you also denounce Fixed Spews for its actions in this?

I loved the fact that he referenced the OKC bombing as being a result of this kind of relentless hate speech. I didn't get to hear it all because heavy rain caused DirecTV "fade," was hoping that MMFA had it posted.

Beck routinely talks out of both sides of his mouth; he's quite talented that way.

I agree with Joe here but I still think there's too much commentary on other commentators going around. These jokers already spend half their shows talking about themselves and now they spend the other half talking about each other.

Who in the heck is Scarborough to tell Glenn or anyone else for that matter what they can and can't say. Glenn isn't preaching hate like these dimwits are claiming. He's identifying the character of Obama. If Mr. Beck wants to say that Obama is a racist, then so be it.

And, if Joe Scarborough and other Americans want to call Beck on the hate speech he is preaching, then so be it.

Do you not notice the irony in your post? You are saying it's okay for Beck to lie and call Mr. Obama a racist, but it's NOT okay for Scarborough or any of us to call him on it.

As I said above, Glenn Beck is not a very bright person. The viewers who are believing his schtick . . . well, I think that says a lot about them.

      My Dear Katie,
He doesn't "know" why. He just "thinks". Well, he thinks he "thinks" and therefore that "thinking" is. Follow Beck logic? I can't either.
