So it's the job of Fox "News" to decide what is proper use of our tax money. Who gave them this job?

Where was Fox when the government was giving millions and millions of dollars to "faith-based" programs? Where was the snark then?

Oh it was there, right there in the top draw of the editors desk, you know just in case they had to break it out.

I've never done it, and never will, but, I wonder if watching Fox 'under the influence' of certain earthly and pharmacuetical 'mind enhancers' makes them more viewable?

I don't understand why some of this ISN'T "Legitimate"?
I forget, Addicts are losers (unless it's prescription medications), Wommunz should be in the kitchen (unless they are talking in shrill voices like Bachmann, Palin or Carlson), transsexuals aren't humans (they caught the Ghey from their working mother and absent father), latinos are just illegals (it's only okay if they work as gardeners and don't ask for any rights), and smokers are just weakminded and losers (unless of course you are the smokers that own Phillip Morris and indoctrinate children to smoke).

here here, its just crazy how they continue to report this stuff like it was BAD, how do they think the reports they (the news media entirely) regularly quote get put together? How do they also think those reports are carried out and with what, Fairy dust?

By some scientist in a LAB?

Its a sad sad state that these folks are unable to match their never ending critism of this administration with some positive, if you were to watch this channel alone, you would be easily persuaded to think the administration has done NOTHING to help the people. Does anyone know if they reported on the Iran thing this morning?

Or maybe the fact that the government is currently seeking the idea of the general public on tax reforms, or the fact that poll after poll show that, though Obama has growing critics in the major issues facing the country (as anyone else would definitely get), he is still preferred by a significant amount of people to run things!

All this negative makes me sick and they are the MAIN reasons why people tend to dismiss what they say (even when they bring up some valid questions, rare as it may be) as just crazy nonsense, because 95% of what they do is CRAZY NONSENSE!

"William, real quickly... Who okayed that stuff?"

Brilliant question, and one I wish could be answered. Maybe we could even talk to those who approved these expenditures and find out their justification for doing so. If only there was someone, a group perhaps, that had the resources and access to get the answers to questions such as this. A group whose sole purpose was to uncover and report information so that we could all benefit. Alas, I know it's just crazy talk, but I can't help but dream, can I?

Can't you just put up a big picture link to Glenn Beck? It's easy to click on that!

How dare they criticize NIH research grant funding without giving any context to anything.

The dozen or so grants that they mention look to equate to somewhere around $6 million.

I know that it's a lot of money to an individual and and it's a godsend to the researchers who are conducting this study, but in the grand scheme of wasteful spending... please it's not even close. Republicans voted to continue production of the F22 aircraft that was so bad and and troublesome, it had never flown a combat mission. This program cost $65 Billion. Each useless plane built cost $142 Million.

The end of this program came in June of this year... where was Fox and their outrage then?

$65 Billion for a plane that we never used in combat and barely used as a training plane, mostly because it required maintenance for every hour it flew. Versus $6 million in studies that will hopefully help the poor, the drug addicted, and people in general.

But I forget, Fox isn't interested in helping the least among us, they are only in it for the top 2%.

Remember, Fox News was complaining because Obama quit making these planes. That's where they were. I honestly can't imagine that anyone without a lobotamy can watch this crap and believe it. I must be a liberal because 95% of those studies, I feel, will actually help taxpayers, rather than big corporations. Go figure.
