I love how Fox implies that a "Fox New Contributor" equates to someone who knows that they are talking about. Most of the time they are fed these Fox talking points and they sound like complete idiots when they try to back them up because they know that they have no merit.

It's like how I was scanning through the channels last night, and Huckabee had Chuck Norris on, talking about health care reform and why it's bad. As if Chuck Norris knows anything about health care reform. I'm not saying it's impossible, but listening to The Chuck talk for about 20 seconds, I realized he was a right wing talking points zombie.

how can they STILL use the ridiculous "fair and balanced" slogan? it would only make sense that they hire all these wingnuts IF they had a ton of liberals to counterbalance against them, and the slogan would hold credence. but clearly, that is not the case, as every program has conservatives outnumbering liberals by at least double.

To be fair to fox, they look for the dumbest pseudolibs they can find. 2 to 1 ratio is breaking even for them under those conditions.

Yes, working for the Bush administration was basically her audition tape for a gig at Fox News. It lets them know you are willing and capable of lying your a$$ off on TV.

Ms. Perino has a day job, working for Burston-Marsteller, a global PR firm. Among their clients? Blackwater, after the civilians were killed. They also helped tidy up public opinion of Exxon, after the Exxon-Valdez incident. After Three Mile Island, they helped the company that manufactured the plant itself, Babcock & Wilcox. They also represented Union Carbide after Bhopal disaster.

Ms. Perino is the new CEO of this organization, and is also a guest on FOX propaganda. She must be their kind of people.

Everyone has got to make a living, and I'm sure she is paid well. I wouldn't personally work for a company like that, but, hey, like I said, everyone has got to make a living.

Jim Ward on The Stephanie Miller Show used to caller her "The Lying Sack of Cute"; a play on their "Lying Sack of Crap" comedy bit. It's always a bit disturbing to me when someone so comely chooses the dark side of the force.
