Obama's not the joke.
It's draft-dodging nitwit neocons that are too concerned with tough-guy posturing to worry about what's in the country's best interest.
In this case, I believe the word "win" would mean the following:
Taking down of the Taliban in total, and either re-incorporating Taliban back into the government/citizenry of Afghanistan, or wiping them out as much as possible.
A stable and democratically elected Afghan government.
A stable and secure country without the influence of Pakistan coming into the mix.
A strong and able national defense made up of Afghan nationals with little or no support from the US or NATO countries.
Those are just a few things I think of when we define "win" in Afghanistan.
