Talk about going off the deep end....

Obama is moderate. He hasn't done anything radical, nor does it seem he'll start doing radical things anytime soon. He might be naive in that he hoped that the Republicans would work in a bipartisan fashion on some issues, but the failure there is on the part of the Republicans, not Obama, and his hope for bipartisanship is not a dangerous thing.

Exactly, but if you listen to Rush and the rest of the idiot echo chamber, you'd think that he was the Devil incarnate. This is just getting disgusting. I think Rush is just seeing how far he can take this crap.

True. This is what it makes me wince when I hear people talk about Obama's "radical leftist agenda". It doesn't exist people. He is, so far in his first 10 months, Clinton lite. He's a moderate at best. At worst, he might be a little center right.

For the right, radical = dangerous. They won't say what is radical about Obama but they'll do everything in their power to make sure that people equate radical with being dangerous and needs to be eliminated.

more hate-inspiring dangerous rhetoric from a right wing talk show host.

Rush and the rest better hope that nothing happens to Obama, because clips like this will be played over and over to make the case for the prosecution.

Do you really get elected to the Presidency by being naive? I think that's quite a stretch.

"Do you really get elected to the Presidency by being naive?"

Well, it worked for Dumbya -- he was naive enough to believe that his daddy and his rich friends who got him into office, with help from the Supreme Court, constituted a "mandate" . . .

Rush addressing his unintelligent backward audience about naivety is like a addressing a bucket of water about the evils of being wet.

It is apparent to me that Rush has no idea of the nuclear capabilities of this country. What is he afraid of? Maybe he's involved in a conspiracy to start an arms race that so that we can build more A-bombs to get the economy moving. What a patriot!

Good gracious, Limpy -- about an hour ago, you were calling Obama a "namby-pamby wimp" . . .

Make up your mind! Did you miss an oxy hit, or something?

Funny but we were attacked while Dubya was kicking back the summer of 2001 all the while alarms bells were going off everywhere.

52 FAA warnings from April - Sept about hijackings

      Combined with the August PDB

Yeah, but, but.. Bush kept us safe after that (if you discount the anthrax attacks, the guy who shot up a bunch of people at LAX, and a few other things that happened).

I always wonder what is going on in the heads of the people who proclaim Bush the ultimate terrorist combatter, seeing as he was at the helm on 9/11, and had many warnings that there was a lot of chatter, and other evidence of plots being planned and all. Why do republicans get credit for being good against terrorists when they were running the whole show when we had what will probably be the worst terrorist attack ever perpetrated in the history of the world (I hope there isn't a worse attack)?

Right Wing Wackos like Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Hannity, and others have stumbled upon something that was absent in the past. For years these wackos railed on incessantly while their narrow-minded, uneducated listeners excitedly agreed. Now, there's a twist, these sick pundits have discovered that their ignorant listeners can actually be moved into action. Beck showed that with his 9/12 rally (60,000 or 2 million, I don't remember). The point is now Limbaugh and Beck in particular are trying to get some of their idiot listeners to do something drastic, like an assassination attempt on the President. Comments like "The guy's a menace" or "He's a racist...he hates white people" are intended to provoke violence against those bad 'ol colored folk who've stolen everything from good white folk, and who want to destroy America. When an assassination attempt is made, Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity, et al, will simply say that Obama brought it upon himself. These people are disgusting. But more so, they're dangerous since they now can get movement from the far right fringe.

        I'm sure this is close...

If we had our guns, we would have fought a bloody battle. So, keep your guns, and buy more guns, and buy ammunition. [...] Take back America. Don’t let them take the country into Socialism. And I refer again, Hitler’s party was National Socialism. [...] And that’s what we are having here right now, which is bordering on Marxism.

And here's proof that reichwing extremism has Bachmann's name written all over it (I just shamelessly stole that line from the dogfather at TP!)

So, Limpballs is saying that Obama is a NAIVE Communist/Nazi/Socialist/Muslim/racist/Antichrist operative?

Is it too much trouble to ask these reichwing fools for a little CONSISTENCY in their smears? I realize that their INTENDED AUDIENCES have little or no trouble reconciling directly conflicting accusations, but that's one of the perks in being terminally stupid and self-betraying. But, it's a big headache for the rest of us! All we ask of these drooling wingnut propagandists is that their lies follow a manageable thread.

Yeah, fat chance of THAT happening.
