Yeah, I'm sure you're right Morris, aside from the fact that most people still trust democrats (in Congress) more than republicans. Also, I'm sure what he's trying to do is compare this to the 94 elections in Clinton's first term, but then again, the comparisons aren't even close to being the same. There were a lot of other factors that contributed to the republicans' win in 94, and none of these factors are currently at play here.

There is, of course, absolutely NO chance that this will happen.

You have failed basic math, Mr. Morris. If the Socialist party in Germany had 33% support, and lost 50% of that, they would have 16.5% support. Instead, they still retain 22%, according to you. How exactly did you figure half instead of the far more accurate third? Was it wishful thinking? Can you just not help but engage in hyperbole?
