Not shocked enough to put principle over paycheck and quit your comfy gig at Fox, of course. But shocked, nonetheless.

You are still a gutless coward and sellout, Mr. Williams. Your "shock" notwithstanding.

Sorry- but Williams will be right back on that show next week, and will continue to cash a paycheck signed by people who work 24/7 to undermine the President and promote an anti-American, pro-Corporate, racist agenda. A few words of meek "protest" during a Sunday show doesn't cut it in my opinion.

I stand by my words- Juan Williams is a gutless coward.

That and their belief that THEY are AMERICA, and GEORGE BUSH was AMERICA. And since this was, as we all know, a swipe at the Bush administration, that means that it was a swipe at America.

They'll never come around, because that would means admitting they were wrong, and they just don't have the strength of charecter to do that. They're not REAL MEN. REAL MEN can admit when they're wrong, and admit when they've lost, and maintain some sense of dignity moving forwards.

These corporate whores will never do that.

Jaun is playing the fool. This is by far one of the least shocking things to come out of Bloody Bill's maw. I'm shocked that Jaun would continue to feign indigniation after working with these clowns for the past several years. Turn in your press credentials Jaun . . . you lost the right to carry them when you went totally in the tank for Fox. And oh, Jaun admitted on CSPAN that he is a "conservative democrat." So how is it that he represents the liberal perspective on the Faux All Stars Panel.

kristol delivers everything with that sarcastic chesire cat grin. he has no credibility because everything is said through that neocon filter of his. speaking of which, bill o'reilly is back to one of his old tricks. in one of his recent print columns, he was noting the 13th year of faux news channel, and made the claim [he's done this before] that they have "90 million subscribers". the truth of course, is that they happen to be carried on cable and satellite networks that have a total of 90 million subscribers. fnc is one of dozens of shows carried on those networks. but so are infomercials for oxyclean. it doens't mean anyone is paying for it.

The GOP has become America's "Bizarro" World.

Receiving the Nobel Peace Prize is bad.

Not getting the Olympics is good.

Average Americans should fight strongly for the giant health insurance companies who have ripped them off for years.

If Obama wins world peace they will say this is bad because it eliminates jobs in the defense industry.

I think El Rushbo referred to the Rio Olympics pick as the worst day of Obama's presidency.

RUSH: Oh, man, oh, man, oh, man. The worst day of Obama's presidency, folks, the ego has landed. The world has rejected Obama! ... When you stop to think about it, folks, doesn't it make sense? Our president, "Barack Hussein Obama! Mmm, mmm, mmm. Barack Hussein Obama! Mmm, mmm, mmm," had been running around the world for nine months telling everybody how much our country sucks... Why would anybody award the Olympics to such a crappy place as the United States? Oh, man, folks.... I think the world apparently wants the guy to fail. Because Obama has failed, the world rejected Obama...

Yes, that was, to the average dittobot, proof that Obama had failed, based on his rejection by the IOC.What could possibly be a bigger embarrassment than this snubbing by foreigners? How about receiving a prestigious award, Boss Hogg?

This is a greater embarrassment than losing the Olympics bid was...
        .

And it all makes sense to the zombies.

BTW, was it the same wingnut poster here who adopted the "Obama..mmm...mmm...mmm" chant and insisted Obama was a laughingstock in Europe based on his liberal wife's recent trip?

Do the dittobots have trouble separating those hours under Rush's spell from reality?

Well, Phred, it's only the worst day so far.

Obama may still, in the course of his first term, bowl a perfect game, get snubbed by the Teen Choice Awards, raise or lower his credit rating, find a hundred dollar bill in the pocket of his winter coat, or twist his ankle. Any of these events will signal the new worst day ever of any presidency, and show Obama to be a total failure.

On a related note, I saw Monica Crowley on the McLaughlin Group, and she is the most hilariously unhinged of any of the wingnuts I've seen over the NObel Prize.

While most are trying to disguise their boiling Obama-hatred with mocking and snide jokes, she went for straight up outrage and fury. You really should try to find a clip, she is just miserable with America-hating.

I do find it an interesting develoment. Long ways always start with the first step. Maybe there is an ethical borderline, that some feel is crossed too often and too bad by Kristol and companions, no matter if they are with FOX, CNN or - to my shock... - with WashPost and NYT.

There is an article in Time this week. They pick up the subject of cablenews-viewers, theis thesis: These folks want prechewed opinions- all of them. I do not REALLY agree. Sure, FOX, CNN's Blitzer, Dobbs and Mann are deep in red numbers for journalism, they should join the marketing-unions.

But Cooper is still the little point of resistance in CNN; Erica Hill is, too. Maybe Williams realizes, that there is a live after the Midterms, where he still has to find work...

Here the @ for the Time-article I mentioned, also including september-ratings for the biggest cable-news:
      http://swampland.blogs.time.com/2009/10/11/cable-news-irony-alert-cnn-fox-and-the-disappearing-general-audience/?iid=tsmodule

People want to ignore the the fact President Obama has done some things that other winners of the Nobel Peace Prize have done, cause peace. If the republicans had maintained control of the White House, wars and the reasons for would have escalated.Probably to the point there would be talk of millions of war dead instead of thousands.Barac Obama getting elected POTUS saved many lives.Barac Obama taking the oath of POTUS,immediately stopped Israel from killing thousands of women and children, and allowed them to get help.President Obama has truly earned The Nobel Peace Prize.

Could you point out where Obama has " caused peace", you made that same claim in another thread, but no details of your claim were presented . Your comments are just mere speculation with no facts to back them. Has Obama caused peace in the Middle East, no, but the death of Yasser Arafat has done more than anything to cause peace in the ME. Remember Arafat, he was Carter and Clinton's good buddy.

Has Obama caused peace in Iraq, or Afghanistan? Nope, not there either.

He may have caused peace when he allowed his Mother in Law to live in the White House, but that is just speculation on my part.
