  Mr. Morris shows how far down the list he has fallen because without Sean, Dick is a ghost. He stoops so low by saying, out loud, that Obama planned this. YIKES, does Dick realize what a genius he has made Obama? Or has he reached the gates of outright insanity? The welcome mat is out for Dick with Rush to soon follow.

  "It's hard for people really to comprehend it all..." Sean, that's what the news used to do. It used to take complex issues like the health coverage reform debate, and help the average American grasp the essentials. That's actually your job. The fact that you don't do your job, yet still get paid, is a testament to the freedom that exists in this country.
  
  Mr. Morris, President Obama did not plan to receive this prize. Europe has already colonized America. Happened a while ago. Norway does not now and never has had any kind of sway over American politics. You 'cleverly' tried to compare Obama to Carter, Clinton, and Gorbachev, as they are all previous winners, but those who watch FOX are likely to need a little more help connecting the dots, and the rest of us (or, the majority of Americans) aren't falling for it. You have the charm and wit of a used car salesman.

    I'm afraid I can't listen to the audio--did Morris actually claim that Clinton was a previous winner? Or was he discussing something else and dragged in the Clinton name as a Pavlovian reaction to having his own mouth open?

And this, along with the prize for Gore, the prize to Carter after he opposed the Iraq war, those are all attempts by the Norwegian parliament, a group of socialists in Norway who make these decisions, uh, to influence American politics. And it really represents America as they want it to be, in the same sense that when Gorbachev was running Russia. They gave him the Nobel Prize because that was Russia as Norway wanted it to be."
      
      This is the relevant quote. I misspoke when I substituted Clinton's name for Gore's, but I think the point still stands.

        Sorry Barbara, Afghanistan belongs to Obama. And, since garnering the Nobel Peace Prize(LOL) Obama will find it IMPOSSIBLE to provide the needed troops suggested by Gen. McChrystal to protect our troops and win the conflict in Afghanistan. Remember, Obama and Biden are the TRUE generals. Their vast experience in politics makes them superior playmakers when it comes to the military. Just ask them!

        It now belongs to Obama because of the mismangement of the previous White House. The whole mission in Afganistan was to combat Al'Queda. Not take over the country try to make it democracy and then only to have a failed election. Not to mention did you ever come to think that the people do not want occupation, but to live by their own terms and rules. What do that have to do with the United States Puppy if a country wants their own rules. I guess it does mean the U.S when instead of looking for the PEOPLE responsible we battle the whole country, and then take over it. Look at history Puppy. This country does not do well with occupations. Haiti, Puerto Rico, Iraq, and hell our own damn country.

        NO he won't. Why? Because before he received the prize, he had already written orders to deploy 20,000 additional troops. You guys seem to forget about that don't you?
        
        And now we see today, he had written orders for another 12,000, again, before the prize was given out. So wrong again.
        
        Obama is not a General, but he IS the commander in chief of the armed services, as the Constitution demands, so like it or not, he's in charge. I'm pretty sure that Obama, unlike President Bush, will listen to what his people in theatre are asking for, and what his SECDEF is telling him, and advising him on.
        
        McChrystal, remember, has not formally requested the 40,000 troops he wrote about. It was his status report, and not an official request. So, he hasn't asked for anything yet, but has made estimates of what he might need.

        I want Obama to do the right thing and not be pressured into turning this into a newer-aged Vietnam. Puppy was suggesting that the bodycount was on him. He falied to say he nows hold the responsiblity to correct the ignorance of GWB! This war could have been just a conflict not a war if the previous administration would have had better intelligence. Unfortuantely you see what this country is in right now.
