Nope......Rush it's all pretty much been recorded digitally.

Limbaugh responds ... by saying Farr has read "lies, drivel, and junk".

I've read enough transcripts of Rush's show to say that he's describing them pretty accurately here.

has read "lies, drivel, and junk"

When I read this description, my first thought was of that book by John Fund, what was it called? Oh yeah, "The Way Things Ought to Be," which Rush signed his name to.

It is rather scary that this circus act has the influence and power he has over a very small and rather insignificant piece of our populace.

For the dunderheads who actually think that the media is 'liberally' biased... explain to me why, if the media is so 'liberal' does it prop up this drug addled right-wing gas bag or the other lunatics over at Fox Noise to some high and mighty throne??

Rest assured, if the mainstream media were liberal... Rush and his ilk would be in their rightful place... in the far right fringe being scorned and laughed at as the crackpots they are!

Rush says that Farr reads "lies, drivel, and junk." My first reaction to the statement is that Farr probably never listens to Rush's lies, drivel, and junk so that statement is obviously false.

It is just amazing that when a reasonable person listens to Rush Limbaugh, he gets a totally different view from what Rush thinks he said. Rush, are you so unaware of how reasonable people perceive you?

Idiot of the day award to Rush Limbaugh.

Rush , it gives me great pleasure to present to you the idiot of the Day award. I know how hard you have worked to get this award. I'm sure you will treasure it all day and strive to receive it again tomorrow.

Or perhaps he remembers Limpy's brief stint as a commentator?

Sorry, Rush, but your mouth continues to keep you out of the inner circle of the NFL. Put the blame where it belongs.

        bintx:

It is ironic that Rush has always bragged about being an iconoclast. He never wanted to be part of team; he did things his way,and when he couldn't,he walked. I remember him bragging about when his high school football coach wanted him to follow the game plan. Rush thought his game plan was better. Well, the coach couldn't tolerate it - so Rush walked.

Now his behavior may just keep him out of the "inner circle of the NFL."
Old Rushie should have listened to his coach. Ironic, hey?

I think it's awesome the fire he's come under. Just goes to show how non-mainstream he and his followers are. He leaves his little bubble for 10 minutes and look what happens.

Why don't people want him as an owner? Because he'd be really, really bad for business. Capitalism has spoken, and Rush is only important in Rush world. Not the real world.

Good point, especially since I believe Lardbutt's occasional forays into the NFL have been in large part attempts to make him into a mainstream figure. And now he's failed at least twice (I don't know how actively he was campaigning to get on the Monday Night Football crew).

When the NFL doesn't want your money, you are an honest to goodness pariah. Live with that, Mr. Buttboil.

don't you love how certain people show up and instead of discussing things, they just hit the thumbs down button. Takes a lot of guts and gumption to do that, don't ya think?

What pathetic little echo chamber we have here. Why don't you all do something productive with your lives. Its no coincidence that Rush has the largest audience in radio and networks like Air America just can't seem to make it work. Darn that vast group of right-wing conspirators otherwise known as intelligent Americans....

LOL!!!!! I listen to hate talk radio and have for years. Personally, I find the folks who listen to Rush and his ilk and BELIEVE their BS pathetic. These folks listen to the hate and the lies and BELIEVE that they are listening to intelligent "conservative" voices, when, in fact, they are listening to overpaid talk radio DJs feeding the latent hatred of the low information listeners who believe their crap.

BTW, you are aware that Air America is alive and doing very well, right? I'm a conservative, but I'm a firm believer in listening to both sides of the radio dial. I don't hear the lies and hatred on Air America that I hear on hate talk radio. Do I agree with everything that is said? No, but at least it is a distinct and correct ideology . . . hate talk radio is not representative of true conservatism, just hate and lies. Guess you're not intelligent enough to figure that out.

I am now awaiting some other nutjob to call for people to protest outside stadiums and/or ask for refunds on tickets to protest Rash Lardball not getting a chance to own a team. Yeah, that will go down well.
