Their guests, and the rest of the media, need to take up this mantra.
The difference is the size of the platform. Sure people on internet sites like this made Bush/Nazi comments. And conservative posters and national political and media spokespeople called us commies and traitors.
Now conservative political and media spokespeople and internet posters call this president a socialist, communist, Nazi and Kenyan. They fill hours of programing with conspiracy theory all the while stating that they can't prove it, but we need to investigate these charges. Even though, they have absolutely no evidence.
Also, it's funny how he used to ridicule repubs who couldn't stand up to Rush Limbaugh. Now he's become one of Rush's foremost defenders. Not only does he now kiss up to Rush ceaselessly, but add to that that he is boosting a competitor, and you have some really really strange stuff emanating from that show lately.
This pretty much proves the board rooms are in cahoots regarding information control, they are willing to give up money (their god) to keep the country misinformed.
I don't think it would be much of a stretch that if we were to place all the racist, homophobic, hateful, vitriolic, smears, and out right lies spoken officially by either side (to which I am a proud member of the left side) that the right-wing side would be longer by a factor of a thousand to one?
