Very interesting that Limbaugh would take this one up.

In other news, there's so much more other important news.

Not to mention that it's a states right issue. You'd think the right would be all over that but I guess I don't really understand what they want most of the time.

Can we drop that term? I used to be interested in "states rights", but now it's just one more thing that each ideological side uses to it's own ends, instead of applying it across the board fairly.

When the GOP stops using it the way Ronald Reagan did.

Go right ahead, you guys first.

Obama's 'garden' didn't do too well this fall. The excess rain in the east caused a problem with resin production so Michelle and Obama( and Rahm) need a reliable 'source'. Those midnight trips to the south side of Chicago were beginning to arouse the curiosity of the DEA. Not to worry, however. The DEA did a 'full investigation' and found NO wrongdoing.

Michelle's garden was in the news. Obama, himself, chronicled his marihuana use. The east coast weather was also in the news. Obama, himself, has described his 'struggle' with smoking. Now, as POTUS, Obama is unable to divulge ALL of his perpitudes, but with the above mentioned evidence, it's hard to imagine an Obama presidency devoid of 'a little herb', don't ya think. Especially with some of the ideas floating around his administration, like painting ALL of the roofs in America white to deflect the solar rays(Obama's energy secratary). LOL.

What hate? Is that the charge that will replace the tired 'you're just a racist' charge now? Just repackage it and sell it as something different. Classic.

I want to smoke it, just so I can put up with your squawking.

I had such a come-back for you dude, but I forgot what it was.

It was so good too. Oh well. Hey, pass that blunt back to me man.

I don't get it. I thought that the right didn't want the Federal Government interfering in the sovereignty of the individual states. Doesn't this mandate basically say that enforcement of federal law would not take place in states where the controlled distribution of marijuana has been made legal?

I am guessing that these are largely "blue" states or "liberal" states, Alaska and Montana don't really count since they are only six electoral votes in total, so government interference at the federal levels can be overlooked.

Dunno, considering one often reported effect of THC intoxication is a 'lengthening of time', it would seem like he was on for 24 hours - like Faux.

This is a law enforcement issue. In California, there are more Marijuana stores than Starbucks (literally)

There is no evidence that these Medical Marijuana shops are causing any public safety issue or any hazard to anyone.

So do we want our Police Depts wasting their valuable time prosecuting marijuana store owners or their patrons...
