I am guessing that these are largely "blue" states or "liberal" states, Alaska and Montana don't really count since they are only six electoral votes in total, so government interference at the federal levels can be overlooked.

Just my take anyway.
There is no evidence that these Medical Marijuana shops are causing any public safety issue or any hazard to anyone.
So do we want our Police Depts wasting their valuable time prosecuting marijuana store owners or their patrons...
If he wasn't a MILLIONAIRE, he'd be doing the wash of Inmate #00000 in Rayfield . .
