All deniers hold on to a twisted, insane "theory" that takes many, many people to keep some secret cabal of politically-motivated scientists who have completely disregarded the scientific method to promote some ill-defined agenda.
Fortunately, the vast majority of scientists, who are quite sane, know that global climate change is real, and have the attention of the politicians.
The deniers may be loud, but they are impotent and marginalized.
Deniers probably also believe there's a conspiracy to hide captured alien technology from us, and that Elvis still alive and is a CIA agent working under cover in the Middle East.
