yep. that's always the answer from the right. to fix it? you have to give up your rights! and shut up while you give them up also, we don't want to hear any whining.

Total privitizing of schools is a no-good idea Rushie! Who would go for that idea! You seen the backlash from when Reagan and then Bush II wanted to privatize SS. Here is a link to what is the difference if you take unions away and privatize public school. That is exactly what will happen you retard!

I have a better idea, let's clean up the airwaves and get rid of you and all your pals in hate radio. The country would be a much better place if that was carried out.

How is this outrageous? I think there are plenty of arguments that suggest that teachers unions are a big part of the problem. I'm against broad range voucher programs, but charter schools have vastly outperformed the public schools. Even Bill Gates at TED talked about trying to rework our education system to be more like the KIPP program in Houston.

Doesn't Rush have to be a member of a union to go on the air every day? He has to be a member of AFTRA to guest on TV shows, if I remember correctly. Maybe if he really wants to clean things up, he can give up his union memberships and get himself off the air.
