If Obama rejects the Declaration of Independence, that can mean only one thing: We're a British colony again.

OK its been a long time since I have been in grade school so please correct me if I'm wrong. I think that would only apply to 13 states! I think Texas and most of the West Coast will have to go back to Mexico and the Palin's will officially be Russians

Not only that, but unless I'm totally mistaken, the DoI is NOT a legal document -- its just that, a declaration . . . so, what is there to "reject"??

Looke like M. Rotten Levin is following the same path to mental meltdown that Rush Limbaugh is following. This loser needs to be placed in a rubber room for his own protection.

I disagree on the rubber room. Put him in a room made of concrete and maybe he can finish knocking the rest of his brain loose.

Mark Levin is insane. I don't think it's an act anymore. One thing he is not, is a constitutional expert. But he is quite entertaining, if you approach it right. What's the over-under on his blood pressure?

I have a theory that any lawyer (such as M. Rotten Levin, Ann "The Man" Coulter, or Laura Ingraham) who isn't a good enough lawyer to chase ambulances or do debt collection winds up calling themselves a "constitutional expert" in order to survive.

Birthers are three evolutionary steps below "constitutional experts". About on a par with pond scum.

These guys are scraping the bottom of the barrel. Are they running out of insults and wacky theories they spout as fact? Mark, this is weak...you can do better than this if you try harder.

It's hard to get mad any more over what these guys say...

Didn't Ben Franklin say "We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately" at the signing of the Declaration of Independence? That has always sounded very collectivist to me....true, too.

Levin says so much garbage like this all of the time, I think this clip is just a placeholder to remind us what a complete loon Levin is.

If he's so sure of himself, why does he still say his name with the original French pronunciation and not an Americanized one?

I wonder how many people asking that same question were rejected by the call screener during the whole Freedom Fries period?

I don't think any of that's true about Obama but I wonder why Levin was concerned about Bush's rejection of limitations placed on him by the Constitution? Well no. I don't really.

These so-called "Constitutional scholars" view anything Obama is for as unconstitutional.

Also, isn't the military a form of collectivism?

Obama is opposed to "free will"? That would make him a Calvinist, a particularly conservative branch of fundamental Christianity--what of all those claims that he's actually a Muslim?

      Mr. Levin,

Just like I asked Rush earlier today. What has Obama done that is un-Constitutional, or leads you to believe he doesn't believe in the Constitution? Please, be specific.

Truth is, you, nor the people who listen to you can't quote ANYTHING that he's done that un-Constitutional, and even if he did try something un-Constitutional, you know what we have in this country? It's called, checks and balances. It's called, if you think something our government has done in our name is un-Constitutional, you can have a lawyer, or since you're one yourself, file a brief/suit in a federal court challenging whatever action you think is un-Constitutional, and THEN you might get a hearing and a ruling.

But something tells me, you've got, nadda.
