Why is it whenever I watch a clip of the three stooges in the morning, I get a feeling that the real three stooges had more relevance.

I had made a comment under a previous video that I felt Conservatives almost strictly watch Fox while Dems and independents watch all the stations. Which explains the high ratings for Fox.

According the PEW survey Fox just posted, that seems to hold water. That survey doesn't show that Fox is more balanced it shows that Conservatives are unbalanced.

So, are there no criteria for news organizations? Can you just say that you're a news organization and that makes it so? If so, I would LOVE to start a news organization with the alcoholics living under the overpass.

People living under the overpass would probably provide more accurate news.

Gretchen later had to stand "alone" an do a "correction" about what she said here in this clip about Rachel and Keith later in the Fox & Friends Show, LOL. Political News are "facts", and Republican Talking Points are "mis-information-to-bring-down-the-Opposition".

FoxNews leads MSM in reporting stories that are Republican Talking Points against Pres. Obama and Democrats, and not real political "NEWS". FoxNews is "NOT" touching the RTP that the WH made, just their made-up "NEWS" part - why? Uh, oh. Mr. Gibbs was right, and Jake Tapper at ABC along with Joe Scarborough at MSNBC proved him right, LOL.

I am beginning to find Retchin' Gretchen just as nausea inducing as I find Ol'Glennie. What a sanctimonious, sacarine load of compost! And Doofy and Brain-dead? Yes, reporters should do their jobs, the Frenimies are not really reporters, they just sit there and vomit on us. I love how the claim their coverage is balanced because nearly the same number of Democrats swallow this rot as Republicans. That just means the Democrats are watching to spy on Fixed Spews or they are undereducated and misinformed, and every party has those. Maybe they are just spying. My children ask why I hold my nose and watch Glenn, and I tell them it is important to know what the opposition is thinking.

Glenn Beck is not the opposition. Mitch McConnell and the GOP leadership are the opposition. Glenn is simply the distraction. Quite writing into MMFA and start writing/calling your Congresspersons.

Last week, I didn't call my Congressmen-both Senators and my House Rep, I went there, in person. I also stopped off at the offices of John Kerry, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, Barbara Boxer, and Al Franken. I walked right past offices of John McCain and Inohofe, I didn't think I could keep a civil tongue in my mouth. The fact of the matter is, Capitol Hill is a very big bubble. A lot of real Americans are being persuaded by what they hear on Fox. They hate anyone in government, even if they agree with them, because they hate government.

I think you're all missing the point. Today it's FOX and tomorrow it could be ABC. It's a bad precedent. Dems won't always be in power.

God!! Tapper's such an idiot...........now they will use him to no end or at least until he's no longer "suitable".....And while I'm on this topic, is any one else sick and tired of the argument that the complaint of Fox isn't indicative of the entire network, but only the opinion shows? Even if that was the case, "opinion" shows, bear at the very least, the responsibility of factual commentary to base their so-called opinions on, not made up or grossly distorted fallicies. Since when did having an opinion show become an excuse for the shameful actions of these sorts? Last time I checked, it was Fox "News", not the "E" channel or the Food Network, where entertainment belongs. Joe Scarbourough, Tapper, and other "Fox-aid" drinking fools, should be embarrassed, but I guess for that to happen, you would actually have to care..........

I love how supposed "viewership" determines whether you are fair an balanced. If that is the case, then I think the basic networks are fair and balanced. CSI, House, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, etc. are drawing viewers across the entire political spectrum.

Most of these studies have the intention of being fair, but the premises they are founded upon would probably cause both sides to disagree. I remember several years back, a conservative told me that Fox was fair and balanced because of a study done. I looked at the study and the main measurements of the study. One of those measurements determining network partisanship was based on how many times an organization was mentioned during the newscast by each network. These organizations were rated beforehand based on how many times representatives of each party mentioned them. Therefore, organizations such as the ACLU, along with several other "liberal" organizations, were rated as nonpartisan or conservative, which the conservative individual disputed. The moral of the story is that studies conducted on highly contested issues, like partisanship of networks, are going to be based on assumptions that are often incorrect and only skew results.
