Just because YOU have a fully working brain doesn't mean that everyone on ACORN's staff does.

I suspect a trap here. He blanked out all the woman's audio. I suspect that he's hoping ACORN will go on the record about what she said and THEN he will reveal the audio. ACORN needs to be careful here. Here's a link to the original video FOX is discussing: Actually, it looks like the PA wiretap laws stop him from playing the audio WITHOUT her permission. Brilliant strategy! http://bit.ly/3khdii

I agree, Kyle. I'm curious to see what lies A.C.O.R.N. comes up with as to what their representative said, and whether or not she'll give O'Keefe permission to play the video with her words made audible.

Fox News should confer with Willie Geist of "Morning Joe" & aquire the Rights to "Fox" News You Can't Use.
When will Shotty reporting stop being their Excuse?
Just because you're owned by News Corp doesn't mean you have to be a Bam-Boozler.
It seems its not just Fox & Friends that put the "L" in Loser.

More and more people turn to Fox for their news, and away from their competitors, so, apparently, "News You Can't Use" wouldn't be a good motto for Fox.

O'Keefe looks scared... really really scared.

And I can't believe that anyone would buy into the release of this "heavily edited" video. Did not play the ACORN workers audio for legal reasons? Are you freakin' kidding me?

He is, in a very feeble attempt, trying to suggest that she was complicit with the plan because she did not immediately deride them for being a pimp and a prostitute? That's his defense?

Your credibility is shot! Your game is over! Your reputation is permanently damaged! Enjoy the world that you have created for yourself, Mr O'Keefe.

        A.C.O.R.N. and Obama's credibility are what's shot.

Where's the police report? Where's the proof that the Philadelphia A.C.O.R.N. kicked O'Keefe out?

Why? Because some nitwit outfit like Breibart's is crying out like petulant children that they want ACORN to now be charged with filing a false police report, to which there is absolutely no evidence of?

Their only hope of redirecting the focus of their "GET ACORN!!!" campaign is to damage the police report.

They are desperate and their latest efforts are so pathetic that Fox isn't even touching this.

If that's the report in question, it lacks proof O'Keefe or Giles were kicked out, or that they created a disturbance. Their video proves the converstation was welcomed by the A.C.O.R.N. representative, even while it involved prostitution and pandering; you get that from O'Keefe's dialogue and the representative's body language and facial expressions. This report indicates that someone CLAIMED there was a disturbance; it doesn't prove it. Anyone can call the police and claim anything; that doesn't make it so.

Should it come to any surprise that Fox will air a video with no audio for "legal reasons" but will have a voice over claiming whatever they want? Why didn't O'Keefe just say that the ACORN worker tried to sell them drugs or that they have Obama's Chinese birth certificate with Mao's signature on it?

If Republicans were so interested in cutting funding to organizations that engage in illegal activity, then they should have no problem passing the, “Against Corporations Organizing to Rip-off the Nation Act" proposed by Rep. Betty McCollum (D-Minn.).

Don't forget Sen. Franken's anti-rape amendment for government contractors. That rule was directed at KBR for an ACTUAL, violent case of gang rape by its employees.

I can't stomach Fox News' preoccupation with a fictitious pimp and prostitute and a fantasy prostitution ring, and their total silence on a real and brutal act of sexual violence.

Wait a second...they have incriminating tapes of an ACORN worker and they contend that ACORN has lied to everyone, but they won't show the tape of what the ACORN worker said. Oh, yea...that's REALLY convincing. Yea, we'll just take your word for it...you look like trustworthy people. And, of course, you're TOTALLY objective. I hope somebody shows their news conference with a laugh track.

How has O'Keefe's credibility been impugned?

ACORN said he was asked to leave after a few minutes. That is simply not true, in fact they were invited back. When one states something that one knows is not true that is called a lie. Thusly, ACORN lied and MediaMatters carried the lie.

Also, many of you are cheering for the lie, why? ACORN is a corrupt organization, supporting them hurts the Prograssive movement.

And you know this is fact how? Because O'Keefe said so? I'm sure he's trustworthy & objective, after posing as a pimp and lying to people's faces.

Irony, this is noted at the BG site "We muted the audio of the ACORN employees on the video released today due to ACORN’s legal attack upon us. We call upon ACORN to state publicly now that it has no objection to the public release of any its employees oral statements to us. If they are interested in the truth, why wouldn’t they do so?" Are you calling on ACORN to allow the audio?

The entire unedited video has been posted on Big Government.com. I think ACORN Philly has some splainin' to doooo... Nothing the office director said apparently transpired, as she told Media Matters. No disturbance, no short or curt conversation, no getting kicked out. I'm just sayin'. Full video is there. Not "heavily" or even at all edited.

That video is proof of nothing - conveniently running out of battery at the point they would have been thrown out, apparently able to record sound, even though the recorder was out of power, showing virtually no on-camera audio.

If they cannot release un-redacted video, they have no credibility. Only an idiot would believe this garbage.

Funny that they have his real name.

I believe the tape of them being there more. If ACORN did not wrong, let them play the tape in its entirety and not have to edit out the ACORN workers words.

It appears that ACORN is wrong again. It also appears that it lied to media matters. What will WM do now? How can you defend them when they have the proof on their side.
