By that logic, the person who wrote the headline above admires Hannity since the writer quoted him. Wow, all of the Media Matters staff must love Hannity, Beck, Limbaugh, etal! They quote them all the time.

To me, it sounds like Bloom was acknowledging that the truth is that the belief in America is that political power comes largely from the barrel of a gun.

How in the world is this being spinned against Bloom? Aren't these the same folks that see no issue with bringing loaded firearms to political rallies?

      WTF?

Of course, now maybe we can put an end to folks bringing loaded guns to political rally.

Simply say "that's awfully Mao of you".

That might be too hard to understand, though.

Simply tell these folks that Mao thinks "Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun". There ya go. Republicans will start criticizing Obama for not doing more to implement gun control.

OK, so I was wrong. Republicans don't understand the irony of Hannity's smear. Karl Rover twittered it - "in case you missed it".

Unbelievable. Karl Rove is a d-bag, but he's brilliant. Or was.

I've now completely lost every single ounce of respect for Republicans. I used to have some amount of respect for them. It was a small amount, but I had some.

When was KKKarl Rove brilliant. Being a slimy, no talent, lying pig is not brilliance. It is just being a slimy, no talent, lying pig.
He played the political games outside the rules and came out on top. But when he came face-to-face with Howard Dean in 2006 and 2008, KKKarl was shown the door. Oh, yes, his math and predictions were brilliant.

noneyabidnis (like the name), it is something how you have more respect for Republicans than they do for themselves. Look at who they follow. Rush, Seannie, Beck...small amount of respect left...NO respect left.

I believe that even the Repubs are going to come out of the ether and start telling these guys to go away...The incestuous nature of the attacks on the Obama administration is going to be the closing chapter of the Republicon Party. I still want to know why the Cons, the Carbunkle Party, need to leech off the Republicans..moreso, why do the Boehners allow this to happen. Could a lack of intelligence to do battle with the Obama group have anything to do with it?

kkkarl rove wasn't and isn't brilliant. he lost the 2000 election, and 911 got bush elected in 04'. he's another example of hate and fear being the cornerstone of your political strategy. he was behind a lot of the anti gay state initiatives that helped bush in a lot of states, including ohio. maybe he was brilliant in using hate and fear?

It's really sad to think about how much of my future inheritance has been wasted on the GOP.

If these guys could do fact-based stories about these people then I would respect them. Relying on lies and distortions to get his way is all that Sean has right now. But this is why he is the Lying Czar!

"Kind of agree with Mao..." on a certain point is proof of devoted admiration? Wow...! Who knew?

So, Sean is that why you and your cohorts at FOX disagree with EVERYTHING Barack Obama does? Because if agree that he has just ONE thing right that will be proof of your admiration of him?

And they wonder why people don't regard FOX as a legitimate news organization?
